My husband and I were very impressed with the courtesy, speed and accuracy of our service needs. I have an 2013 Ford Escape SE and it would not start. He got my vehicle diagnosed immediately and fixed! Problem solved! I will definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced at Bozard Ford and use Jeff Sparks for all of my vehicle issues. Good Service in the Past; Not This Time. This visit was arranged by Ford Motor Company for a final repair attempt on my wife's 2014 Ford Focus. A rental car was promised to be ready, however This visit was arranged by Ford Motor Company for a final repair attempt on my wife's 2014 Ford Focus. A rental car was promised to be ready, however; there was not a rental available and I was put into a substandard vehicle after having to be transported to Hertz at the St Augustine Airport. No service was conducted on the vehicle. The service representative told me they found no issues, even though I have taken the vehicle there for this same problem in the past and they have had to replace parts. The issue still exists and the vehicle is very unsafe. As I departed the dealership with the vehicle, it was still experiencing the same problems and still is today. The entire process made me feel like we were now being treated differently due to the fact that this is being handled under the Lemon Law and this was a final repair attempt. I have a 2014 Ford Edge and my daughter has a 2015 Ford Fusion. Both vehicles are great and we have always taken them there in the past for repairs and/or service. After the way we were treated during this visit for the final repair attempt, I will not be using this service location in the future and will have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. More

Good Job & Exceded our expectations! Complicated repairs on an older (but very cool) vehicle plus a new set of tires. First of all - The tire prices are amazing. We went in for tires, a Complicated repairs on an older (but very cool) vehicle plus a new set of tires. First of all - The tire prices are amazing. We went in for tires, a slow starting issue and a safety check. Thank goodness we did. The slow start was a product of a broken fuel pump connection leaking a significant amount of gas from the bottom of the vehicle. The Staff ( Jeff Sparks & Alex Vecerkovic) was very considerate and professional. The mechanic assigned to perform the work did an amazing job. All of the staff we worked with are a tribute to Ed Roberts. We were at a crossroad when it came to getting it fixed or selling it. The vehicle was in great shape otherwise and we are very glad that we chose to get the repairs. It feels and drives like a new truck now. More
