I have to tell you that I hate car shopping, because I hate feeling like a piece of meat for the vultures looking for a sale. The day before I came to you dealership, I went to another one out in Grapevine. I was not even out of my car, and the salesman was pacing back and forth in front of my vehicle. When I arrived at your dealership, I knew what I wanted and your salesmen were perfect. Jeff worked with me via phone. Spencer showed me a lot of cars and explained what the options were. Bob worked with me on every aspect of the financing. Like I stated earlier, I hate car shopping. I usually leave with a severe migraine. All of your employees were amazing, and the overall experience was amazing. I will buy future cars from you guys, and I will definately recommend the dealership and its employees....... Bill Russell and Jeff Smith did a great job of helping me make a decision on the car I wanted.
