I have been a life long Ford customer and as such have dealt with may Ford dealerships. I have never encounter a better, friendlier and more efficient staff. I dealt with 2 Sales men directly and the sa dealt with may Ford dealerships. I have never encounter a better, friendlier and more efficient staff. I dealt with 2 Sales men directly and the sales manager and finanace manager. I received the same service for each of them. I would HIGHLY recommend Bozard for any one. I intend to do all my service at Bozard - they made me feel like Family. More

The first time I came to Bozard they treated me as one of the family there. Never have I had such a great team of people who enjoy seeing there customers happy. I had my girlfriend get a car threw them, an the family there. Never have I had such a great team of people who enjoy seeing there customers happy. Having bought several vehicles from Bozard Ford, I know the staff will deliver top notch customer service. So when a family friend (18 years old) was ready to buy his first car, Bozard was my first and onl the staff will deliver top notch customer service. So when a family friend (18 years old) was ready to buy his first car, Bozard was my first and only choice. Jeff, General Manager, and Thom, Internet Sales Manager, made sure he knew what he was signing and why. Explained it perfectly. Glad to see our hometown dealership caring about our young people and their future, not just trying to make a profit off them. Way To Go Bozard Ford !!!! More

Robin, I sincerely appreciate your bringing this to my attention. We do a lot of things right but we are not perfect. Having had the opportunity to meet with you in person, I believe we have explained the finance options much more clearly. In a ever changing rebate vs special rate market, it is difficult somtimes to understand all of the many programs. It is our job to make sure that you the customer have a complete understanding of your options. We failed to do this the first time around and for that you have my sincerest appology. Thank you for having the patience to allow us to correct that mistake. It was a pleasure to spend some time with you and Sage. He seems like a fine young man.
