I've lived in and around the Fort Worth area since 1983 so I consider myself a Texan. I've been married to my beautiful wife, Stephanie, since January 1992. We have 3 kids: Zachary, Katelynn and Carson. I graduated from Grapevine High School in 1985 and attended UT Arlington where I studied Chemistry and Business Management. I worked in pharmaceutics in both the retail and hospital settings for over 13 years. My favorite pastime is restoring old cars although finding the spare time can be a challenge. My family enjoys traveling as well as amusement parks.

Jason had sold me without even stepping foot on the dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my car payment and gasoline bill, Jason renewed my hope. I explained to him how upside down I was in my current vehicle and I did not have any money to put down on a new car. Jason took a few minutes and thought of ways to help me. He suggested I check if my current vehicle had any warranties or GAP insurance I could cancel to get a refund to use as a down payment. This never crossed my mind! The next morning, I met Jason in the showroom. We talked a bit about my situation and then he introduced me to Jeff. They both sat down with me to see what we could figure out. I truly felt they were genuine, in finding a way to help me. I was also introduced to Mr. Ross, a wonderful finance director that again, took time to see what was in my best interest, financially and in a vehicle. Finally, I was able to sit down with Kenny to sign the paperwork on my new Ford Focus! Each one of these gentlemen, went above and beyond and helped me out of a very desperate situation. I could not ask for a better experience and I hold these guys in high regard. Way to go Five Star Ford! More

This is the second car we have bought from Diron. He always makes the process very painfree. The first car my daughter and I bought and she loved her new mustange. The second car was a new Mustang GT always makes the process very painfree. The first car my daughter and I bought and she loved her new mustange. The second car was a new Mustang GT for my husband. He wanted very specifics items on his car and the dealership found him the car plus was able to work a deal to the price point he wanted. Overall the dealership is excellent, friendly and goes above and beyond what most would do. I would recommend this dealership to family or friends. My husband and I had an great experience and he was able to purchase the exact car he wanted. More

I was given great service and explanations in all phases of the buying experience and these guys worked well together to make my purchase possible. THIS REVIEW IS FOR SAM PACK DEALERSHIP IN NRH Tx. Mr Pack and Terry Rich, I have had nothing but POOR Service and FALSE PROMISES MADE TO ME. I purchased my first car from 5 Star Ford in NRH approx 22 mo Pack and Terry Rich, I have had nothing but POOR Service and FALSE PROMISES MADE TO ME. I purchased my first car from 5 Star Ford in NRH approx 22 months ago. I needed to have it serviced so on Oct the 22nd of this year(2009) I called set an appointment up with James. I left my car there at 805am on the 22nd and was told by James he would call when it was ready. At approximately 330PM that afternoon I had not heard from him. I called and was told he had not been able to get to my car. No explaination but that it would be tomorrow. They did pick me up and did provide a very small loaner car. I was interestd in possibly purchasing a Ford Truck so while my car was there I asked Jeff Crabtree who had originally sold me my car to look at it and see what kind of deal he could make me. He did this and even though I was hesistant to buy here again because of the poor service dept I truly TRUSTED Mr Crabtree. Mr Crabtree passed me off to a salesman who could hardly speak English and certaintly could not tell me about the car and even your staff from Mr Crabtree to the Fiance Department made fun of him asking "Could you even understand a word he said to you" although I feel his heart was in the right place, I did decide to purchase the truck so on Friday the 23rd I went to the dealership where I was PROMISED GOOD SERVICE INTRODUCED TO MUTIPLE PEOPLE WHO also ONCE AGAIN PROMISED ME gOOD SERVICE.At that time I deceided to also purchase some added extras to my truck so was taken to AfterMarket sales where I purchased a TV/DVD player and a Tunnel cover for the truck bed. I was told by Mr. O'Reggio that he could do the work that day on the TV/DVDplayer but would need to order the Tunnel Cover. I elected to bring the car in the early part of the week and was told just call and make an appointment. So on Tuesday Oct 27th just 4 days after the purchase of my truck I called for an appointment and was told you pick the day I am open all week by someone called William. I made the appointment for the 28th and approx 6 hours later tht same day was called and told OOPS I dodnt have the player in stock. I FELL THE YOU TELL YOUR SALES PEOPLE PROMISE THE CUSTOMER ANYTHING TO MAKE A SELL THEN DO THE JOB WHNEVER YOU WANT. I now have purchased approx. 3700.00 worth of extra equipment and now I am ARAID TO EVEN TRUST MY VECHILE WITH YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. It is much like a NURSING HOME PATIENT WHO IS AFRAID OF COMPLAINING FOR FEAR OF RETALITATION! I also have to wonder how NRH 5 Star Ford received a President's Award 9 years in a row It is obvious they have even been mislead. I am at a lost as to how to go about getting the 3700.00 worth of special equipment I ordered installed.
