Sherri and Sam were patient as we looked for a vehicle that was exactly what I built online. We were considering doing an order to get what I wanted. They pulled three trucks off the lot for me to look at and drive. They answered all my questions and provided reasonable options to consider. In the end, I found a vehicle using the online inventory search, just one, that was nearly exactly what I had built online. I went back the next day and they let me see it and drive it. I decided to purchase it instead of ordering one. I am pretty fussy about things and no one lost patience or tried to tell me what to do, that would have been the "kiss of death" anyway. There were no hassles at all. They listened to what I wanted and did their best to comply. I worked with Sherri and Sam the last time so they were familiar with my idiosyncrasies. I also educate myself about the vehicles I want to purchase and Sherri is good about not following some script and making sit through explanations I don't need or want. I want to be respected for being an intelligent buyer and I don't need any hand holding. I ask questions when I have them and sometimes know some features that the sales people may not be familiar with. Sherri and Sam give me appropriate space to do my own independent evaluation and make my decisions. They are well informed and would be able to go into depth with any customer that needs and wants that level of attention. My vehicle, for some stupid reason, did not have any incentives from Ford. I think everyone was a little surprised and I am confident they tried to find anything available from Ford. I am a bit unhappy with Ford about this but it has no reflection on the dealership or their people. I have 500 miles on the truck now in just a few days. The aftermarket department, Leann and Sam, got the Weathertech mats, spray in bedliner and the rolling tonneau cover installed the day after we took delivery. I really liked Leann's courtesy and attention to my concerns. I want to mention "Tutman" in finance. He is a character, in a good way. I can't say I have ever remembered any of the finance people I have met but he is memorable. I was in a hurry so we had to interrupt the paperwork and come back. He is funny and there were no hassles. I don't know how they schedule the finance guys but I would suggest you ask for him to do your paperwork, he is A++. "Experience was effortless and never a grind." We were in need of getting out of a lease, due to a change in driving habits (mileage issues) from when we started the lease to current circumstances. So we decided to take a trip down to Five Star since my husband had purchased other vehicles from there before. We had a letter from them about flipping out of our lease as well, so we called and Mark Lancaster was connected with us to help, before we arrived we were able to let Mark know what type vehicle we were looking for so he was prepared when we arrived. I did inform Mark upfront that we once had a very negative experience and walked out of the finance office on a deal. I explained the circumstances so he would know where I was coming from and that I would not tolerate any wild sales tactics. Communication is key and they do it well the honesty and integrity of this organization is top notch. I will refer everyone to Five Star Ford and especially to Mark Lancaster in Sales, Anthony Snyder in Finance, and William Conner in After Market Sales. They have my vote as the best team in car sales!! More

Dave was respectful of my time, we communicated over the phone and Internet multiple times before I really needed to actually drive over to the dealership. Dave answered all of my questions and provided answers to questions that I didn't know to ask. There was no "high pressure" sales jargon, we simply discussed the vehicle that I wanted and looked at different ways of making that happen. I feel as though I received a fair price for the vehicle I wanted. The Five Star Ford team really work together, While my salesman was busy with another client, Jeff Crabtree went with me for the test-drive, he was great! Bob Little from the Finance area was so helpful and took the time to make sure I understood all of my options!
