I've lived in and around the Fort Worth area since 1983 so I consider myself a Texan. I've been married to my beautiful wife, Stephanie, since January 1992. We have 3 kids: Zachary, Katelynn and Carson. I graduated from Grapevine High School in 1985 and attended UT Arlington where I studied Chemistry and Business Management. I worked in pharmaceutics in both the retail and hospital settings for over 13 years. My favorite pastime is restoring old cars although finding the spare time can be a challenge. My family enjoys traveling as well as amusement parks.

will continue to be a loyal customer I have to admit that I am one of those customers that happen to find even the tiniest issue. There were some factory related items with my car that to I have to admit that I am one of those customers that happen to find even the tiniest issue. There were some factory related items with my car that took longer to straighten out with the manufacturer, which made me inpatient at some point. However, both John and Jeff never gave up and worked tirelessly to make things right. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided all of the information I asked for in a timely manner. Every time I visited the dealership the communication with John was making me confident that everything is going to be taken care of, which is exactly what happened. Once the manufacturer’s system was finally updated, Jeff personally made it happen almost instantly. From the very beginning, they also went above and beyond to make this transaction happen while also keeping in mind the interest of the dealership in a very reasonable way. Overall, I doubt that an another car dealership can match the exceptional, friendly and best in class customer service that FSF NRH is able to deliver because of employees like John, Crystal and Jeff and their commitment to the dealership’s vision and mission statement. Thank you for everything. I will definitely be a returning customer, who will continue to highly recommend FSF NRH. More

3rd times the charm This is my 3rd time to lease a car with 5 Star Ford. William May is my salesperson and did a wonderful job. Dealing with purchasing or leasing a new car is probably the top of my least favorite things to do but I highly recommend Five Star Ford. They made the process as painless as possible! I came in the next day and took the Sync class from Jimmie Matthews and learned a lot about the Sync system - love the upgrades. More

Only the Best!! I've been in the auto business for about 16 years, and this was the best experience I've ever had buying cars!! That's difficult to say because my wif I've been in the auto business for about 16 years, and this was the best experience I've ever had buying cars!! That's difficult to say because my wife and I have purchased 4 cars from Jeff Crabtree over those 16 years and he has always been the best!! We did something new this time and went and met Jeff to order our cars the way we wanted them in December. We then waited, mostly patiently, until February for them to arrive. After not seeing Jeff for a car in 10 years, he welcomed us both with a hug and that made the very beginning of the process feel like seeing family again! If you ask nice, he might hug you too!! He and Rick Dike were very attentive to our needs and both treated us like friends and family! When Rick saw that the Explorer didn't meet his delivery detail specs, he forced us to let him clean it up, while I protested and told him it was fine! I can't say enough about him or Jeff!! Jimmy Truong was awesome handling our paper work and financing!! As a guy in the business, it is hard to deal with finance specialists outside of your own dealership, but Jimmy set both my wife and I at ease from the start! He was never pushy or overbearing. He explained everything and made sure we knew all the benefits of what we were getting!!! Now, the icing on the cake and the person that saved me a lot of grief and frustration...drum roll please...JIMMY MATHEWS!!!! When you buy a new Ford from these guys, do yourself a favor and make sure you schedule some time with Jimmy! After not having brand new cars in 10 years, (bought several pre owned in between the new ones), my new Mustang had more technology features than my 2007 did, and my wife's new Explorer had immensely more features. I know she was tired, and hungry, and ready to go home, but I made her wait for Jimmy and I know we are both glad she did!! He made sure she knew how to use everything in her new car and I even sat in for most of it so I would know how to use it all rather than learn on the fly. Don't pass on time with Jimmy as that is what is missing in so many dealerships these days. The delivery process has gotten rushed and shortened because customers want to leave in their new car and the salesperson is ready to move on to his next opportunity to feed his family. He was so patient with our questions and never rushed to get us gone!! If you are looking for a new Ford, go see these guys at Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills! We drove over an hour to see them, and if you do the same, you'll be glad you did!! More

She greeted me and was warm from the beginning, I had refreshments and even a phone charger to use when my phone was dying! We checked out a few cars and a ton of options, and I ended up getting the perfect car for me at a great payment! Through the whole process, including aftermarket with Sam O'Reggio and Financing with Tut Edwards (AKA the Tutman experience), I felt very comfortable and everything was explained well to me. I am so excited about my new car and all the features that come with it and I look forward to being part of the Five Star Family :) More
