Five Star Ford expierence Alfred met me at the door as I walked into Five Star Ford .I told him what kind of car I was looking for and he took me right to the car I wanted. We looked at the car for a moment ,then Alfred got the keys.We took the mustang for a drive and I told him I would like to buy the car!!!!!!!!!! Within about 20 minutes we had a deal .Without saying how much the car was ,I felt like I got a really good deal ,plus fair price on trade in .Alfred is a really nice man and I am a very happy customer More

No question is a stupid question, they explain everything until you understand. Everyone is honest, friendly, great communication, awesome customer service, they treat everyone like royalty, and there's not enough words to say how awesome they are! If you want dependable cars, great customer service, honest hard working people and you "the customer " are the most important, this is the dealership for you. Everyone that works there, has great integrity and is very helpful. I would highly recommend 5 Star ford to everyone! More

Our salesman, Mel Seibel, has such a unique personality, putting us at ease from all our worries and questions. Mel took so much time with my daughter and I to explain everything and made us feel like we had known each other for years. He made sure we completely understood all the paperwork laid before us so there was no question about our buying experience. Jeff Crabtree was my salesman when I purchased my 2003 Ford Taurus and I had the same experience with Jeff. Courteous, patient and extremely helpful. My father was a devoted Ford person and I have been as well and I can tell you this....he was right! Ford is the best vehicle out there. Jeff Crabtree (who was a salesman when I made my first purchase almost ten years ago) is just a great gentleman to work with. Wayne Biggers worked out a very reasonable trade-in toward the SUV that I wanted, and the bottom line is that I could not be more pleased with the purchase, the sales atmosphere, the customer service, or the fact that they beat the preapproved finance offer that I brought to the table. Five Star Ford is truly a 5-Star experiennce. More
