I've lived in and around the Fort Worth area since 1983 so I consider myself a Texan. I've been married to my beautiful wife, Stephanie, since January 1992. We have 3 kids: Zachary, Katelynn and Carson. I graduated from Grapevine High School in 1985 and attended UT Arlington where I studied Chemistry and Business Management. I worked in pharmaceutics in both the retail and hospital settings for over 13 years. My favorite pastime is restoring old cars although finding the spare time can be a challenge. My family enjoys traveling as well as amusement parks.

I worked with Rick Dike, the lead sales person at the dealership. I didn’t have the best credit, but Rick didn’t let that stop him in assisting me further. He spent his entire afternoon working with me to get me into a vehicle, and not just any vehicle, but one that I liked and that suited me best. I was treated like I was purchasing a fleet of vehicles. I was introduced to Mr. Crabtree, the GM, and was treated exceptionally well again, by Jack Gier from the finance department. We have previously purchased a car with the same sales We arrived at the dealership having already discussed pricing with our salesman through email. We have previously purchased a car with the same salesman (David Hardick) and he has stayed in touch over the last few years to make sure everything was still going well with our previous vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, we immediately went to look at the discussed vehicle and began on paperwork. David was able to find us even more discounts through a few simple questions and we sailed through financing (0% at that) without any complications. Terrific experience where the sales people are friendly and have long standing tenure at the dealership. It is nice to be able to go back several years later and deal with the same person. More

I a I would like to submit my review of my purchasing experience with FIVE STAR FORD on 10/30/2017. Specifically, my experience with John Hilsinger. I am a 66 years old male, I have purchased eight new automobiles in my life. I would have to rate my purchasing experience with John and Five Star Ford as the best I have ever experienced. John was knowledgeable and professional, not over bearing or pushy. I appreciated how he took the time necessary to establish a relationship with me and to educate me on the trucks, to provide me what I wanted in a truck. I can honestly state that John was a major part of why I purchased from Five Start Ford. It was clear that John knew that I could purchase a truck anywhere and he convinced me that buying from Five Star Ford would prove to be most beneficial to me now, and as the truck got some years on it. I was asked as I was leaving how would I rate my experience on a scale of 1-10, my response was a 12, and I believe that to be a true evaluation no fluff. I would also to mention that after I purchased the truck John made sure that I knew how to operate the electronics even to the point where he set up my cell phone to properly interface with the truck. This was greatly appreciated. If you want to buy a vehicle to suit your needs go see John. I understand that car dealers are in business to sell cars, but I disapprove of the high pressure exerted that I encounter while on car lots. I ended up on the Five Star Ford lot because of my experience with two other dealers that exerted this high pressure. I went to Five Star Ford because I heard them advertised several times on a car show on Saturday’s. I drove the lot looking, parked and headed to the show room where I met John Hilsinger. John asked how could he help me, I told him I was looking for a pickup and the features I would like. John spent the next 30 minutes working with me looking for a solution to what I wanted. He found two trucks we went to see, they were close to what I was looking for except for two items. Unfortunately, I wanted the truck to have some different features. John and I parted company with the understanding that he would continue to look, and we would contact each other in a couple days. On Monday we made contact and John found two trucks that he felt satisfied my requirements. I went back to see John and we looked at the two trucks. I picked one and we went back to Johns desk and we discussed the truck. Then we discussed price and John provide me a price that I felt was reasonable for what I was purchasing. No customer service We took a company truck over to be worked on we were about 20 cars back and had about 20 behind us. We waited in line about 35-40 minutes and all the cars and trucks in front of us and behind us were taken care of before us. Then service could not get our truck repaired and we couldn't get any answers. Finally after about a week and a half we did get our truck back. I was looking for a truck so I ask about a truck on the lot and liked it. I gave the salesman all my information and told him where I needed to be and if he could get there on payments I would buy the truck. I was contacted and told I qualified for the truck and sent all the required paperwork to Five Star Ford. We agreed that I could come in at 5:00 pm and pick up the truck. When I arrived I was told the truck had sold. Then I was told to sign the papers and I could buy it from under the man who had just bought it! That is just not right. Kind of underhanded to customers.I agreed to drive another truck and liked it and told them where I needed the payments to be and we could not reach an agreement. The salesman was GREAT he did everything he could to make a deal work and was very nice.The interest rate they told me the best they could get was 10%. I did not buy the truck because we were about 100.00 dollars to high on the payment. The next day i did buy a truck at another Ford Dealer about 10 miles away from 5 Star and it was even more than the one at 5 Star and my payments were right where they needed to be and my interest rate is 4.95%. Just a little bit of effort goes a long way. I have always been a Ford person and hope to continue to be.dealer and will continue to buy Ford. More

4th buy with Five Star Ford! I am the definition of return customer! This is my fourth car from Justin Allerheiligen and I wouldnt dream about working with anyone else. The vehicle selection is unbeatable and they make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. Every time I've been in the market for a vehicle Justin listens to my needs/wants and finds exactly what I am looking for and the last 2 cars I have bought were the first ones I test drove! They make car buying easy and painless. The manager Jeff Crabtree is always there to help and make sure we are happy and having a good time (he will even allow you to do the happy dance all over the showroom floor as I did when I got my keys). This visit was a tad different than the ones previous though... when I finally got back to finance I sat down with Tut Edwards. This is my fourth car from here and Im just now meeting this guy?! This was the quickest, friendliest finance experience Ive ever had and now I see why it has its own name. The Tut Man Experience. Finishing your purchase with anyone else is like going to Six Flags and not riding the Titan. Thanks again to everyone here! I'll be seeing you in a few years! More

Best Sales Team so far! We have bought most of our vehicles from Five Star Ford over our 20 years here in Texas. Jeff Crabtree has always given us great customer service and this time as the General Manager was no different. He introduced us to Doreen after we met her in the parking lot. Her warm smile and cheerful disposition put us at ease immediately. Doreen was extremely knowledgeable about all of the F150's that we wanted to look at and was quick to point out all of the features that we might be interested in after learning about us and our needs. Her genuine love of people and passion for her job provided us with the greatest customer service and we will be happy to recommend her to all of our friends looking to buy a vehicle in the future. Joe did an awesome job finding us the best interest rate on our loan and explained all of our options well and we appreciated his efficiency in the financial part of the experience.
