They do not make you feel you are just another number or just a customer. They make you feel as if you are family... We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard.
