I started the car business in 2001 and was very proud to join Five Star Ford in 2009. I'm blessed with a wife and three girls who keep me sharp. We love hockey and attend as many Dallas Stars games as possible. When not watching hockey we enjoy movies and going to the park. My twin girls attend Haltom High and are in all PRE AP classes and excel in choir, art and color guard. My wife works at North Hills Hospital and is currently attending TCC. My youngest daughter is an aspiring princessand will attend kindergarten next fall. My wife and I also enjoy going to the gym weekly.

They really understand how to provide a great customer experience from beginning to end. Jason Howell in Sales took the time to understand my needs and exceeded my expectations on my first Five Star Ford purchase last year, and he did it again with this most recent car purchase. Anthony Snyder (in Finance) actually makes me feel like he's working for ME and finds my best financial options. This is definitely not like other dealers where you feel like you have to go to battle to get what you want, this is truly a great place to buy a vehicle. Kudos to the entire team at Five Star! More

Very low pressure, easy and great buying experience! I was initially called within minutes of inquiring about the new Escape by Justin. Very impressed! I set up a time to come in and test drive a few veh I was initially called within minutes of inquiring about the new Escape by Justin. Very impressed! I set up a time to come in and test drive a few vehicles, since Justin was not available the time I was coming in her referred me to Lee. I showed up and Lee happened to be helping another customer but that was ok because Jason was great for the job! Jason took over and I ended up buying my vehicle from him. I test drive a few cars and then decided on a color. The dealership didn't have white so he assured me he would find me a white one. Sure enough the very next morning my car was waiting in the lot for me, amazing! This place truly is low pressure and it made my car buying experience a great one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a new car, they really just want to help the customer and it really shows. More

No stress, no pressure, great people I went in to by a used Ford. The staff was very helpful and didn't push anything on me. It was a great experience that exceeded my expectations! Jerry Reynolds directed us to Five-Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We walked in the door, asked to talk to Jerry Rich, who was with another custom Jerry Reynolds directed us to Five-Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We walked in the door, asked to talk to Jerry Rich, who was with another customer, then Josh Ficher took over and treated us like "lost family members." He enlightened us of the company's visions, objectives and training that gave us confidence in buying a vehicle from Five-Star. He turned us over to Jason Howell, who was extremely courteous, exhibited patience, and reinforced the feeling that we would be treated fairly. There was no "high pressure" sales, and we appreciated that. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the technology. Jason was up-front and on top of ever aspect associated the sale and what I should expect from Five Star Ford. In conclusion, Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills exhibits those qualities most valued in a trusted car dealership today! More

Sales person like him is really straight forward and honest, never have any trap setting up for you to step in. Just go in there and chat as a friend, you got your car at a good deal. Great Experience We went in to purchase a Ford Fiesta. After a lot of back and forth I didn't get an offer that I wanted. I walked out. I pulled away and realized the offer they made was sufficient and I'd prefer to accept it than to leave and start all over again. I went back in. I explained that they won and I'd accept their offer. Joshua informed me it wasn't about winning, but a good experience. I had already told them I accepted their offer, but they threw in tinted windows on top of it. This put a smile on face. It made it a "good experience". We were happy with the service by Jason Howell, Gary White and Joshua Fichter. When it came to financing, we saw the "Tutman" (as he refers to himself). Why he references himself to a child king is beyond me. Maybe he's an 8 year old at heart. Regardless, the experience with him was great. I made it clear I wasn't interested in a warranty. He briefly explained why it's an option. However, he didn't pressure me. This made me feel like he actually listened to me and gave me more confidence in him as an honest person. I prefer it this way. More

Online purchase of F150 I have purchased several online vehicles over the years and for the most part have had pleasant experiences. The except has been with Jason Howell and I have purchased several online vehicles over the years and for the most part have had pleasant experiences. The except has been with Jason Howell and Sam Limo. Both gentlemen were open, responsive, and demonstrated a solid grasp of what Customer Relations Management is all about or should be in the auto sales business.
