But, I have to say, this was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had! I drove over and Jason already had the key for the vehicle we had already discussed. He was with another customer but had already gotten Mel Seibel (Salesman) to take care of me so that I would not have to wait. Mel was awesome, and love his sense of humor! He took all the time I needed with no pressure at all. Between Mel and Jason, the whole experience was really great! Jimmy Truong, my finance guy was really awesome too! There was no high pressure and he worked to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible. Overall, it was a really WONDERFUL experience and I will definitely recommend Five Start Ford, Jason, Mel, and Jimmy to anyone that is looking for a vehicle! I'd also like to point out while waiting for the finance guy, the TV in the waiting room was playing a movie with language that wasn't appropriate for children. You many want to limit what channels are available. More
