This is my second purchase from Bozard Lincoln & this time it was a new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I was very fortunate to get a great sales representative in John "Jack" Michie. Mr. Michie was great to wor time it was a new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I was very fortunate to get a great sales representative in John "Jack" Michie. Mr. Michie was great to work with guiding me expertly through the whole process. I had a lot of questions & he provided me with all the answers. I have dealt with many sales reps in the past but Mr. Michie was the best in response time and in pointing out all the options that were available. He either called or texted me whenever I asked about the car or cars that I was interested in and was patient & helpful in my selection. I appreciate that he was there from beginning to end to make my purchase very enjoyable. I hope to do business with him again. I also would like to thank Tyler for all his excellent assistance in going over everything in my new Corsair & familiarizing me with the instrumentation and setting up my phone. He certainly knows the vehicle. I also would like to thank Morgan for all her assistance in the initial visit to Bozard Lincoln. When we were ready with our decision, Mr. Michie approached us and was again very kind and accommodating. Not only was he amicable, genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional, turning what is usually a tedious sales ordeal into a pleasingly smooth process from beginning to end. His approach was quite relaxed and obliging. There was no pressure from him at all. He calmly found a way to negotiate a deal that worked in my favor. Not only did I get to leave Bozard Ford Lincoln with a brand new Lincoln Nautilus, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thanks for that Jack. Thanks also go out to Morgan for her invaluable assistance alongside Jack. After all was said and signed, she enthusiastically walked me through my vehicle’s new features and even help me connect my phone to Lincoln’s new Sync4 system.
