Dealing with Hector was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I was recommended to see him from a friend of mine and he made the whole experience a pleasant one. He never tried to oversell me into something more expensive and he was honest with the questions I had about some of the vehicles. He was always available to answer my calls, even when he hadn't made it to the office yet. He was very dedicated to ensure that I was happy with the choice I made. Hector is an experienced professional and it shows. It was pouring rain when I went in to look at a Toyota Camry Solara that was listed on the website. He went out in the rain and pulled the car right up onto the porch area so I could look it over without getting wet! He showed me all the bells and whistles the car has, opening doors, the hood, the trunk, and had me sit inside to get a feel for it. It's beautiful! I had to drive it. My husband and I both drove the car and the test drive was a positive experience. Again, Hector pulled under an awning at a gas station to change drivers so we wouldn't get wet. There were a couple of other Solaras in the area that we wanted to see before making a decision. Unlike some other dealers, Hector got our contact information, thanked us, and let us go. We didn't have to wait for his manager to come try to talk us into something - or even just say hello. That time savings turned out to be fairly critical later that evening. We came back to see whether we could agree on price and purchase the car. Just before closing time, we made the deal. Even though I'm sure he was more than ready to go home, Hector went out in the rain again and took the car to detail while we were in the finance office. Hector was one of the best I've ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend him to others and will consider buying another car from him in the future. More
