We had been discussing purchase of a new Ford with family members for some time. I had already resigned myself to a long, drawn-out process typical of my past car purchases... Start to finish, Hector in sales and Mike in finance made this the best car buying experience I've had. We met Hector on a Thursday evening just to look at new cars. I was impressed with his product knowledge as he explained the differences between the Explorers we were interested in. I was amazed at his knowledge of the huge inventory on the lot. He was able to find exactly what we wanted. After a short test drive, we were sold! Hector is by far the most consumate professional sales associate I have ever done business with. We met Mike later that evening to sign the papers. We came to the dealership with a pre-conceived notion that we would obtain our own financing. Mike searched several lenders and found us a better deal. Mike had all the facts at his fingertips.
