The first vehicle I purchased six years ago was a Toyota Avalon and it was absolutely an outstanding vehicle. I never had any mechanical issuses with it and the only thing I had to replace were the tires and battery. Which is a common maintenance to have. I am confident with my second purchase, I will have the same results and drive another 100,000 + miles without being concerned about breaking down. Hector has wowed me again with the absolute, professional, and courteous customer service!! Never pressured me into buying anything that didn't fit my needs. His experience has found me a vehicle at the right price without any worries! Truly is one of a kind and would never hesitate to return to him for another vehicle! Hector is the guy to go to! All around excellent I walked in knowing what I wanted. I had seen on their webpage the offer that I was interested in, so I printed it out and brought it to the dealer. I had done likewise in other dealers and the salespeople always tried to show me more expensive vehicles. Here at Five Star, they drove me to the storage facility where the car was located, gave me a test drive back to the main dealer facility, and went on with the sale. They were incredibly helpful. When I told them that I was pre-qualified by my bank, they were incredibly helpful and contacted my bank to promptly process the sale. While they got the car ready, I was given a tour of their facilities and was introduced to the owner of the dealer, a cordial and friendly man. The salesman, Mr. Hector Cojuhun, was a great guide through the process. The financing department guy (can't find him on the list below) was also super cool and incredibly chill. I wholeheartedly recommend the dealer and Mr. Hector to anyone in the North Texas area looking for a car. More
