The price was listed on the web was the start of the negotiation which was quick and to the point in the end I got a good deal on my Truck. They re-cleaned and detail the vehicle before they gave me the keys this was the longest wait in my purchasing experience. Even though I purchased the truck as is there is one issue that I have asked for some assistance in trouble shooting and Five Star Ford is helping even though they do not have to. The issue with the truck has nothing to do with its ability to be driven as I drive it every day it is an extra that has an issue that I missed when I did my inspection and can have many different causes. More

This was my first experience at five star, as well as my first Ford purchase. Hector explained all the ins and outs of the new Mustangs and even gave me a reason to upgrade to the premium over the standard GT offering. I am so glad he did, this is the first ford I have owned and I'm ecstatic with the look, feel, and Performance!! I'll be recommending him to all my friends and colleagues who are in need of a new vehicle in the future, give that man a bonus (so he can loan me money for tires!) and take care of him.
