I am happily married since 1981. I am a native of Guatemala and my wife is from Argentina. We have 3 children. On my time off from work I enjoy spending time with my granddaughters Olivia and Estela. I joined the auto industry in April of 1997 and I am also Ford certified. My family and I moved from Tucson, AZ in July 2010 and soon after starting working at Five Star Ford. As a sales representative I couldn't be happier to assist people to get the vehicle of their dreams. I am dedicated and excel in customer service. I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Platinum from Five Star Ford. Ray Barns met us immediately and ask which pickup we were interested in. He had our current vehicle appraised. Then he gave us the offer and trade amount. We made our decision and asked when we could pick up the new one. Surprisingly, he said as soon as the paper work was completed. The paper work took maybe 20 minutes and the vehicle was ready to drive away. That is something that has never happened to me.....getting the truck the same day I bought it. The best part of the transaction was dealing with Ray and the other people at the dealership. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Ray Barns was exceptional and I will definitely recommend him to anyone. More

I went to this dealership to buy a used vehicle. So i walk in and instantly get approach by a sells guy. He was helpful i give him that, but the cars SUCK!!!.. I first test drove this 2003 Ford exp So i walk in and instantly get approach by a sells guy. He was helpful i give him that, but the cars SUCK!!!.. I first test drove this 2003 Ford expedition and it was a piece of xxxx. with a xxxx load of problems that will cost me a lot of money. It had a load engine noise, doors were hollow when you close them do to some xxxxxxxx slamming the doors one too many times, the DVD player holder was broken. I said can i see this 2000 Honda odyssey instead, so he got the keys for it. and test drove it had a brake problem, Rough ride. So i finally checked out this 2002 Gmc Yukon it drove good, but is was a little over price for it year and millage it had on it. I believe it was 145,533. So i said the xxxx with it i am going for a new Ford Expedition instead. More

Our daughter needed a car quickly due to a car wreck. We found several online and call the North Richland Hills dealership and spoke to Juan. Unfortunately, Juan became ill right before we were to come pick up the vehicle (we live 300 miles away), but he contacted us and set us up with Hector in sales. Hector was absolutely stellar in making us feel welcome, explaining the car and its features, and helping us get everything finalized. We never felt rushed or uninformed at anytime through the whole process. We had a top notch experience with Juan and Hector and they have a customer for life with us. More

He records a virtual video walk-around of the vehicle and resolves all of my concerns about vehicle condition. It feels as I am there looking at the vehicle in person. Superb salesmanship. Hector is a great guy to deal with; really smart and an active listener. Ask for him. My deal manager is Joshua Ingram. This man actually picks up his phone, if he is available, and does not screen calls. He gets to the matters at hand and does not waste time. Accessible and very quick to offer me full disclosure before I commit. I'm totally happy with the deal. It is a great deal and this is an honest dealership. The vehicle I purchase is exactly as pictured and described. I will definitely trade with these guys again. Thanks guys, I love my "like new" pre-owned 2019 Ford Transit 250.
