First view of your dealership was Chevar Bryson with a big grin and an extended hand.....very friendly and personable, easy to talk to and a lot of fun. He listened, offered suggestions, joked around when big grin and an extended hand.....very friendly and personable, easy to talk to and a lot of fun. He listened, offered suggestions, joked around when I started it, and answered all my questions and eagerly sought solutions. Could not even begin to wish for a more accommodating professional salesperson! Met the sales manager, Gary.......exactly the same experience. Stopped to get some direction at one point from the receptionist.....smiling, friendly, personable, helpful....mad my wife and I feel right at home later after completing our deal with Chevar and Gary, we were introduced to Anthony. Friendly, helpful, courteous....he helped to expedite the closing and complete the process on our timetable. Bottom line......what I have always wanted to see in a dealership.....a no nonsense, expedited business experience while still taking the time to be personal, friendly, and genuine nice folks. More

I have purchased many new cars during my life time; however I have never purchased a Ford. I have however just about always driven a Ford for my company vehicle. The car we just purchased was for my daughter (17 years old) and there were many factors that affected my decision. We looked at just about every car on the market either in person, on the internet or both. We were leaning very heavily toward a 2008 Toyota Corolla; however after during the research on safety and value started leaning a little more toward the Ford Focus. After numerous meeting with our salesman (Greg Foster)and getting the feeling inside that Greg understood our concerns to place our daughter in the safest car possible at a good value we finally purchased the Ford Focus. Greg also understood that we completely hated just about all of the car buying experiences we have been through with previous purchases and ensured that the usual game was not played with us at his dealership. Greg also took the time to fully explain the features of the vehicle along with what the dealership could offer us, which apparently is a lost art at most dealerships these days after the sale is made. We also had the opportunity to meet with the Finance Director (MM Ross) directly who reassured us that we were making the correct decision and that if we ever had any problems or issues to contact him directly. All of this adds us to probably being the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had, which is what we needed to go along with buying a 17 year old a new car. More
