Most of the Sales Personnel have tenure of 10+ years with Five Star Ford; and that says a lot about the personal atmosphere you will experience there. In reaching a deal on a vehicle; Diron is not satisfied until I am satisfied that I am paying a fair price for my vehicles. Great Experience, Great Team! I knew I wanted a new car, I was open to several makes, and models. I looked at multiple dealerships across the area. Most of the sales people were I knew I wanted a new car, I was open to several makes, and models. I looked at multiple dealerships across the area. Most of the sales people were pleasant enough, but it was the usual "What are you looking for?" typical sales approach. When I wanted to look around a little most weren't very helpful. When got on the lot of Five Star Ford, Brieanna came up, introduced herself, and asked, "What can I do to help you?" She was genuine. We looked at several different models, from trucks, to sports cars, to sedans. She was very knowledgable, but still not afraid or ashamed to say what she didn't know. Once I finally made my decision, and we started going over numbers, she told me about additional discounts that I rate due to being a Retired U.S. Marine. She was 100% my advocate! Brieanna was the epitome of a professional! While waiting to talk with finance, I spoke to the Sales Manager, Gary White. I really appreciated him, because he showed his professionalism in his belief in his sales people, and care for the customer at the same time. Lastly, once it was time to go into Finance, I dealt with Kenny Wilder. This was the simplest time I've ever had with Finance. I walked in, everything was printed, we walked through all the paperwork, Kenny answered every question I had, and made me feel right at home. If you're looking to buy a car, GO TO FIVE STAR FORD! I've never experienced purchasing a vehicle so effortlessly without the hassel and finagle of the salesman trying to "sale". Randall went above and beyond of what most car salesmen normally do and would do for that matter.
