The Explorer Sport was ready for my test drive when I arrived. We went over the numbers and had a deal in no time at all. Rick Garcia closed the deal with me and I was on my way home. I just picked up the Explorer today and I am very happy with my choice. Frank and Rick where very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Rick was very helpful in making the purchase go smoothly, incliding helping expedite my refi using outside financing. Frank was very friendly and determined to get us into the truck we wanted. Other sales people at other dealerships did not seem to want to work with us on a deal. Frank was clear from the start that he wanted to get us that truck. The service center staff was very friendly and accomidating. The work quality on the dealer installed options (leather, tint, bed liner, remote start, paint protection) was top notch! Only two minor complaints are having to pay for a smaller antenna after being told it would be free, and not receiving a promised tank of gas after the dealer options installation. Also, financing process seemed to cost more than initally thought, but still ended up as a net gain with $750 rebate. More
