Went in to look and came out buying 2 cars. I typically buy a new or gently used vehicle very 2-3 years and have never experienced such a low-pressure sale. Hector showed me everything I needed to know about the Ford Flex and didn't bore me with the things I don't care about. We discussed options and upgrades and leases vs. buying and he helped me find what would work for me and my lifestyle. Then my husband noticed the new Mustang on the showroom floor and suddenly (how did that happen?) we were buying 2 cars. There was very little haggling and NONE of the typical "let me talk to my manager" nonsense. I did not leave there feeling my intelligence had been insulted. Tut made the finance part fun and easy. A few mistakes were made in regards to after market issues. After bringing these to the attention of a person calling me for a phone survey, i got a call from Joshua. He not only listened well, but owned the mistakes made and went above and beyond to make things right. I have NEVER experienced that level of excellence in customer service. Allan in the service dept even corrected issues that were not Five Star Ford's to fix. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with this dealership and their honest commitment to do what is right. I will definitely be back! More

Great dealership! I generally do not like dealerships. Swarming like bees, deceiving, tricky, and over-bearing; however, this experience was great! David is a great sal I generally do not like dealerships. Swarming like bees, deceiving, tricky, and over-bearing; however, this experience was great! David is a great salesmen. He was patient and worked his hardest for me to get the best pricing. Tut was fast, to the point, and very accurate, not to mention he had such a great attitude and was just nice to be around after hanging out at the dealership for several hours. The only downside, and I mean only, was the pricing. I do believe the price could have been better, but it's a dealership and we all know how they work. I typically try to stay far fro dealers, but if I am to buy another vehicle in the future, new or used, it will be through this dealership again, preferably with David. More

We went to Five Star Ford and purchased an Explorer with salesperson Marisa Thompson and was stunned at the customer service we received! As of January 10, 2015 we have purchased 3 vehicles!! Each time going back to Marisa. We always leave feeling so knowledgable, informed and excited about our purchase! She seeks our needs and desires and goes above and beyond to meet them. He found exactly the vehicle I wanted very quickly, and he had the aftermarket modifications done very quickly (I had spray-in bedliner and windows tinted). He is very friendly and helpful and gave me a great deal upfront with no haggling. The finance experience was a breeze with Tut Edwards. He is very knowledgeable and was able to work out all the details for the optimal price. Overall, I had a great experience. I am already a repeat customer, and I will return in the future. More
