My wife and I purchased a new 2014 Taurus in March 2014 which included a Millennium Automotive protection plan. Once Again...A Satisfied Customer!! I went into Five Star Ford last Wednesday fully expecting to be blown away and I have to say, I was not disappointed at all! I know sales is all about the numbers, but the experience I had shows that the entire staff cares so much more about the customer than the numbers. I talked with Brieanna off and on for two days trying to end my lease on my 2012 Edge early. She kept me at such ease and showed me the completely awesome Ford Fusion, and needless to say, I am so happy I went with the Fusion! Brieanna eased my fears about "moving on" from the Edge and I am so happy that I got to work with Brieanna! Brieanna then dropped me off to seal the deal, and that is when I got to become immersed in the Tutman Experience!! To say Tut has tons of personality would barely scratch the surface of what an amazing person he is! He let me "vent" about the situation involving my Edge and he had so many words of wisdom. He certainly puts people at ease in any situation and if you get the chance to be a part of the Tutman Experience, then you should consider yourself very lucky! More

Not your Typical Car Buying Experence I walked into this dealership with a lot of hesitation because I HATE buying cars from dealerships. I have had all around bad experiences where I end I walked into this dealership with a lot of hesitation because I HATE buying cars from dealerships. I have had all around bad experiences where I end up buying more of a car than I want that costs me more than what I wanted to pay. I sat down with Jeff and Heather and they gave me a couple of keys, showed me the cars I was interested in and I got to drive the car and experience it without either of them trying to sell me on the deal. They took the time to allow me to figure out if I actually enjoyed the car before they hit me with their pitch. When I decided I liked the car, Jeff asked me what features I was looking for and what color I wanted. He searched in his Database and found the exact car I was looking for. He gave me good advice on what features are worth buying, and what features I really don't need to spend the extra money on. When I was set on the car, Jeff handed me a piece of paper with the price they were willing to sell the car. I looked at the price and was shocked. It was well below the MSRP and right in my budget. I was confused because I was expecting to have to fight with several people in order to bring the price down to what I was comfortable paying. This was not the case. Jeff simply gave me the price they were willing to sell the car. Jeff and Heather never pressured me, they were simply trying to provide an opportunity for me to buy the exact car I was looking for. This whole experience exceeded my expectations, but they even went beyond that. I am a dedicated customer that will only buy cars from Five Star Ford and will gladly point anyone I know to Five Star Ford. More

From the moment we entered the show room, we were greeted in a timely manner and began the process to buy our 2014 Ford Edge. Our Sales Associate, Randal Sindell was very helpful and knowledgeable. The floor manager, Joshua, was also very knowledgeable and quick to help explain all scenarios of financing options. He made it clear that we were a family member, not just a customer so he made sure we understood all the rebates, programs etc. that would benefit us as well as make the sale go as smooth as possible. Finally we met Tut Edwards, or as he prefers, the TUTMAN EXPERIENCE. It truly was a great experience in dealing with him and finalizing everything. Last and certainly not least was Jimmie the SYNC/MY TOUCH technician which I thoroughly enjoyed talking with. He was very helpful in explaining the SYNC system and I am glad to say I will return to his class that is held on Saturday to get more out of our SYNC system. I highly recommend this dealer and hope those that go there have just as a positive experience as we did. More

He gave me the "Tutman" experience, which was smooth and effortless. He listened to me and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff, but did point out areas where I could save money in the long run. I enjoyed the "Tutman" experience.
