I came for service only and had no intention to purchase. Their was and is nothing wrong with my truck. Just a scheduled oil change. While I waited, I did what most guys do. I went to the sales side just to look and ended up with a deal my wife and I could not refuse... and I don't even miss my truck! Thank you Five Star Ford for what my wife and I consider the BEST professional dealership experience EVER!!! More

After looking across several dealerships closer to where we now live only to face severe lack of inventory and overall sales personnel knowledge of the vehicle in which we were interested, I decided to give Carlos a call. Carlos is single-handedly the reason why we came back to 5-star because both last time and this time Carlos listened to exactly what we wanted. While he urged us to at least look at a couple of other options to be sure we were getting exactly what we want, he never once tried to change our minds much less convince us of a different vehicle entirely as was the case as several other dealerships we visited. Additionally, Tut and the "Tutman experience" was excellent. We were dreading dealing with the onsite finance guys again. Unfortunately, we were skipped several times waiting our turn to speak to someone, which was quite irritating, but in no way Tut's fault. Once we sat down with Tut, he answered all of our questions and made the signing process painless. Thank you both Carlos and Tut for a positive purchasing experience. Hopefully 5-star will have what we want or can help us find it in a few years when the husband is looking to trade in the pick-up for a newer Ford. More

I am in sales so I know a few of the tricks to the trade and to be honest I did not see any of that here at 5 Star Ford, like I did at the Dodge dealership. Frankly, we had no intention of buying a Ford product. I really went in to show my wife a comparison of the newest Expedition versus the Tahoe. We have always been a Chevy family, until now. We ended up buying 2 new Fords from David Hyche. We bought the 2015 Edge and 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum. What impressed me most about David was his complete honesty and knowledge of the products. He was not pushy. He remained very patient as we weighed our options, and was quick to show us options we had not considered rather than waiting for us to figure out what the best way to go would be for our family. David worked hard to show us what the best values were and showed us why they were a better value. He understands the value of the dollar today, and the need to do what is best for his customers is at the forefront. When it came time to negotiate I thought I was going to get into a haggling battle to get a good price, but Tony Hooman and David worked well with us and delivered a great price. Yes, I always think I can get a lower price, but these guys really impressed me with the classy service and sometimes the better value is in who you deal with and where you get your vehicle rather than wondering who, if anyone, is going to be there for you after the sale at these other dealerships. I have already recommended both of these guys to a couple of friends, and to be honest, I have never recommended a car sales person in my life. These are the good guys looking to bring integrity and honest dealing back to the forefront of first impressions of car salesmen. I have found the dealership we will continue to stick with for many years. More

I must admit that the atmosphere here was so different than in Massachusetts. Here there was no pressure from the time I first contact your dealership to picking up my new Ford. From the first contact with Chad Ritter to picking up my new car he was awesome. He truly was straightforward and a pleasure to work with. So not like Massachusetts, there you were just a number but here you felt like someone. Chad, thank you for all of your help. Then I had the pleasure of experiencing the "TUTMAN Experience", Tut was such a pleasure to work with in getting the finance for my car. He was determined to keep my car payments within the range I was looking for. Great job, well done sir. Tut, thank you so much. More

Awesome Mrs. Parker was quick to grab the keys and help my father and I check out the Fiesta ST Iv'e had my eye on. She gave no waist and asked if I wanted a test drive. We said we were interested after that and she was very punctual and straight-to-the-point without being rude about it. She was very friendly and even made my father laugh. The process of purchasing the car was speedy with no extra nonsense. I would recommend her and the whole Five Star Ford staff to anyone looking to purchase their new or pre-owned vehicle. As for the financing Mr. Edwards was as equally professional and friendly, the two paired were a blast and made the transaction seem to be among friends rather than just a dealership and customer. My 2nd time and just as great as the 1st I specifically returned to 5 Star Ford due to my previous experience dealing with Carlos Hernadez. Carlos went out of his way to insure that my wife and I were completely informed about our purchase and made sure we were completely at ease through the process. The experience was like working with a close friend versus a "salesman". Tut Edwards and the "Tutman Experience" was something to behold. Tut was friendly, outgoing, and completely knowledgeable with the total finance process. He worked extremely hard to get me the finance rates needed and made me feel at home through the whole process. 5 Star Ford, Carlos, & Tut have a customer for life. More

Fantastic experience and great personnel! We came into the dealership to just look around, we weren't sure of what we wanted to buy at the time outside of an SUV, a new Ford Echo was toward th We came into the dealership to just look around, we weren't sure of what we wanted to buy at the time outside of an SUV, a new Ford Echo was toward the top of the list of models we had decided to at least consider. We also needed to purchase a used vehicle for our teenage daughter and had not considered going through the dealership and instead were looking to buy from an individual selling a car. David Hyche had sold a vehicle to our neighbor and they were very happy with him and the dealership. She knew we were about to go car shopping and recommended we go see him and give 5-Star Ford a shot. David initially started to help my wife while I was on the lot with our kid looking at new and used vehicles. My expectation of how a dealership should operate, how the personnel should treat customers, how things should run, and even down to how things should look were established when I worked for Toyota and Lexus in the late 1980s and early 1990s (last time was over 20 years ago). Let's just say that 5-Star has taken what you only used to be able to get a high end import brand dealership and made that experience available to the average American domestic automobile buyer. When I came inside and met David, my first reaction was that he was a down to earth, easy to talk to, no BS, straight shooter kind of guy. That initial impression was only strengthened over the course of the day and into the next day as we went through the entire process up to delivery. I can't give David enough praise, if I ran a dealership or a department in a dealership, I'd want someone like him in a heartbeat. Knew the product line very well, knew the details, explained the differences in the vehicles with a command of the knowledge, and worked with us through the process of deciding among a few different vehicles to look at and test drive. Once we drove the vehicles, the choice was clear, a new pretty well loaded Explorer was the one. David presented the purchase/finance options to us in an easy to understand manner with several options. In the end, we ended up leasing as opposed to purchasing. Not what we had intended to do but the deal just worked out for us in the end. During all of this, we found a couple of used vehicle for our teenager to look at in the price range we wanted. We also drove those and decided on a used Volvo. In make ready, it was determined that an airbag light that was on was more than a sensor that needed to be replaced and the repair was much more expensive that we or the dealership wanted to pay. Being the quality organization they are, instead of trying to force that car down our throat at a higher price, they decided to pull it from the inventory and auction it off. We were disappointed but at the same time satisfied that the entire issue was handled with integrity. Some dealerships I've worked with in the past would have tried to make that deal work when it wasn't good for anybody. Kudos to all involved in that decision. We asked David to check the used inventory of vehicles that had not made it out of make-ready yet. The next day a VW Jetta came up as a trade in and it was really the perfect car for the teen. Worked that deal and are very happy with that car as is our kid. A brief word on the two gentlemen we worked with in Finance - Bob Little did the closing on the Explorer and Elbert Edwards on the Jetta. Both gentlemen were fantastic, easy to deal with, very friendly, explained everything in succinct detail without being boring or overwhelming with information. I've know a lot of finance guys through the years and these two were as good as any I've known and in fact they were both friendlier and more people and customer oriented than almost all of the rest I've known, including some friends who help that held a similar position at one time or another. Either one would be recommended from my perspective. In the end, we are a very satisfied family with both of the vehicles we purchased. I'd highly recommend both the dealership and David. David was seriously the kind of sales associate that I'd want to deal with when buying a car or truck. Everything was outstanding on all fronts! I will be back when it's time purchase again!! More

I had just had my 2012 Ford Edge totaled in a red light runner accident. I still had the insurance rental in possession but thought I would stop by Five Star Ford and talk with Alfred to give him a heads up to look for me another Edge. Low and behold, 2 hours later I was out the door and on my home with a new 2014 Ford Edge! Alfred, Tut Edwards and Five Star are so easy to work with and listen to what you need and want. Their operation is top-notch and exemplary. More
