Just bought our 5th auto from this dealership We have now bought 5 automobiles in the past 3 years, both new and preowned from Five Star Ford in NRH. He knows the automobiles and great at showing us the different features. The finance department is great as well. More

William either answered all my questions or went and got the answers so that all the information given to me was current and correct. Rather they took time to listen to what we really wanted and what price range we were staying in. Mark first took us to see some nice certified preowned, and after all the time he spent we left to think it over, was great not to feel pressured. Looked on 5 Stars website and found a new truck for just a few thousand more than pre owned, with $8k in rebates. Carlos got us the keys and we were off to be impressed by all the features. Before we went to finalize the deal in finance Mark showed us many options with down payment we selected, and even calculated the monthly payment. I went to finance thinking "Can things go this smooth?" Or is this when I get the bad news about rates and hard sell about extended warranty. When Tut ran the final numbers they matched to the penny with what we calculated. Tut went through line by line and even listed what we will spend in total interest over life of loan, and everything was EXACTLY what we calculated earlier. I say this so that even if you are not comfortable with all the math you can trust who you are working with, I will be sending friends and family here. More

The people I dealt with were very polite and made me feel comfortable. I ended up buying an Edge. My salesman was Diron Lintz. I also dealt with Tut Edwards in Finance. I'll keep sending my friends and family because the service is the best in the business and the car buying process is SO easy. The hardest part of the whole process is picking out which features you want (Five Star Ford has a plethora of cars to choose from). After we purchased the vehicle, we noticed the windshield tint peeling a little. Michael Fitch took care of us and sent out a rep to our home to fix the windshield and was completely taken care of within 5 hours of the phone call. Highly, highly recommend Rick and the Five Star Team. There's none better. More

Sherri and Sam were pa We just purchased a 2015 F-150 platinum here. This is the second purchase. We purchased a 2014 Fusion which was a custom order. Sherri and Sam were patient as we looked for a vehicle that was exactly what I built online. We were considering doing an order to get what I wanted. They pulled three trucks off the lot for me to look at and drive. They answered all my questions and provided reasonable options to consider. In the end, I found a vehicle using the online inventory search, just one, that was nearly exactly what I had built online. I went back the next day and they let me see it and drive it. I decided to purchase it instead of ordering one. I am pretty fussy about things and no one lost patience or tried to tell me what to do, that would have been the "kiss of death" anyway. There were no hassles at all. They listened to what I wanted and did their best to comply. I worked with Sherri and Sam the last time so they were familiar with my idiosyncrasies. I also educate myself about the vehicles I want to purchase and Sherri is good about not following some script and making sit through explanations I don't need or want. I want to be respected for being an intelligent buyer and I don't need any hand holding. I ask questions when I have them and sometimes know some features that the sales people may not be familiar with. Sherri and Sam give me appropriate space to do my own independent evaluation and make my decisions. They are well informed and would be able to go into depth with any customer that needs and wants that level of attention. My vehicle, for some stupid reason, did not have any incentives from Ford. I think everyone was a little surprised and I am confident they tried to find anything available from Ford. I am a bit unhappy with Ford about this but it has no reflection on the dealership or their people. I have 500 miles on the truck now in just a few days. The aftermarket department, Leann and Sam, got the Weathertech mats, spray in bedliner and the rolling tonneau cover installed the day after we took delivery. I really liked Leann's courtesy and attention to my concerns. I want to mention "Tutman" in finance. He is a character, in a good way. I can't say I have ever remembered any of the finance people I have met but he is memorable. I was in a hurry so we had to interrupt the paperwork and come back. He is funny and there were no hassles. I don't know how they schedule the finance guys but I would suggest you ask for him to do your paperwork, he is A++.
