Just another day in the Sun This is the 7th vehicle we have bought from Five Star Ford. We purchased our first F150 in 1999 and haven't stop buying from you since. I have dealt with now 3 sales agents, 7 finance managers, 2 after market managers and numerous service people in the last 16 years and I have yet to leave disappointed. We had bought 5 vehicles from Alfred El-Darazi in the past and when I was ready to purchase another vehicle last week my first contact was to reach out to Alfred to let him know what I was interested in. He got back to me right a way with several choices that almost fit the bill to a T. I let him know that I would visiting the dealership on Saturday after 3. When I got there as luck would have it he was with another customer but he immediately got Brieanna Lopez to help me. He quickly fill her in on what I wanted and my history with Five Star Ford. Brieanna show me the Trucks (F250) that they had on the lot that I want to look at. It turned out the exact truck I want was not on the lot. She started working to find one in the area that they could get for me and let me know that she would get back in touch with me the following Monday. On Monday she call me and told me she had found MY truck. We quickly ran down the options and requirements to make sure that any variances from what I want would still be good for me. It was and she started working on getting the truck. They got the Truck delivered on Tuesday and had to have the bedliner put in. They got that done and we scheduled a time that I could come in and see the truck and fill out the paperwork. I went in yesterday and Brieanna and Alfred were both waiting on me to get everything completed. These two worked really well as a team to make sure that I did not wait around or the process was delay in any wait they could avoid. Then off I went to Finance. We worked with Tut Edwards and got the "Tut Experience". Quite honestly he ran down all the choices we had and by looking at my history knew what would be the most important to me. He also provide me some insight into things I should look for and ask my insurance agent because this vehicle is just little bit off my familiar path with previous vehicles. We talked about the choices in financing and quickly came to an understanding of what choices would work best for a person like me. We got the paperwork signed quickly and I was on my way to the After Market department to setup an appointment. In the After Market area I was helped by Sam Reggio. Sam sold me my first Five Star Ford back in 1999. He word with me to get an appointment set that worked with my schedule and had the least amount of interruption to my schedule. I can honestly say that when the time comes to purchase another vehicle Five Star Ford will be my first and only stop. If I can't work a deal with them I just don't need a new vehicle. Thanks More

We purchased a beautiful F-150 Lariat, fully loaded, this past week. Our sales person, Ollie Jackson was absolutely great. She understood our needs and worked through the sales process faster than we have ever experienced and it was a very busy day with school starting back up. Anthony Snyder in Finance was great as usual as we have purchased several vehicles in the past. We just love our new truck and we love 5 Star Ford. We even got to visit with our former salesman, Tut Edwards, now in Finance. You folks rock!! More

5-STAR Car Buying Experience We did a lot of research online before we decided what kind of pre-owned car we wanted then found what we thought was the perfect one for us. That perfect car was at Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford NRH. We walked in and Mario greeted us with a bright smile and a handshake. We told him which car we were interested in and he got right to work. He didn't try to talk us into a different car or up-sell or anything. REFRESHING!! We test drove it and loved it but detected a noise which Mario immediately brought to the maintenance dept.'s attention. Turned out it was a pretty major problem, but very "fixable", which they did. They also did their, up to, 172 point inspection which assured they were going to get us the best possible pre-owned vehicle. Again, YAY!!! Mario then turned us over to "Tut" in finance. What a gem. We've never had so much fun "signing our life away" as we had working with Tut on putting the financing together. He treated us to his best "Tutman" experience. He searched and searched and got us what we feel like is an awesome deal on the financing of a pre-owned vehicle. He recommended the extended service plan, but didn't "push" it on us. Again, refreshing. He pointed out the advantages and let us point out our hesitations. It turned out we got it. Peace of mind at a reasonable cost, yippee!!! After we signed all the paperwork we were returned to Mario's capable hands. He took us out to our new car, showed us a few things, explained the "technical package", climate control and all. He even asked if we wanted him to sync our cell phone to the car's system and I was like, YEAH!!! I am so glad he did. What took him about 5 minutes would have probably taken me hours if not days. THANK YOU Mario!!!! At this stage of our lives we've purchased a few cars. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience we have ever had. We all hugged like family when we got ready to drive off in our "new" car. If ever again we are in the market for a car, we will come back to 5 tar Ford NRH and you should too. They do it right!! More

It was a very pleasant and hassle-free car buying experience. The group of Kelly, David, and Jim were very helpful and Jim took the extra time and effort to get the vehicle I wanted from out of state, that too for the price we worked out. Although, the car I bought had a little extra factory-installed accessory, Jim was very upfront about the extra cost and in the end I ended up paying less than the invoice. They were upfront, candid in their interactions and readied the vehicle and paperwork for us in advance. Tut Edwards, the finance manager was also very helpful and it was a smooth experience through and through. I would certainly recommend them for anybody looking to buy a new Ford. They don't pressure nor hide anything, which is a big deal for me. If I end up buying Ford in the future, they'd be my first and probably the only choice. More

Beyond expectations! My wife & I came in wanting to look at the new Fusions & John Little took us on a Journey full of color, power & technology! He got the ball rolling for us but It was late on a Friday so we did come the next day & John was busy with another customer so he passed us on to Lee Clanton who was able to answer all of are questions & really solidified the car we wanted. This was a very large decision for us because we are nearing retirement & do not want to make a mistake. Lee did not push us into a sale, he just said go to dinner & think about it, we did, & came back a couple days later & found both John & Lee were on vacation. John had told Crystal Sanders to be looking for us & she was. Wow what a knowledgable young girl! She got all the process moving & all of the sudden we were sitting in front of Tut Edwards to look at all the financing available, what a dynamic personality, (I think he would like to be called KING TUT)! He explained the loan in every way, with extended & without warranties & let us make the decision without any pressure. Now I know why they call them a SALES TEAM! We are now the proud owners of a 2016 Fusion! Thank you Team!!! More
