New Car For Daughter We recently leased a car from 5 Star Ford, we were in a situation where our Daughter was driving back and fourth from College 5 to 6 times a year, 10 We recently leased a car from 5 Star Ford, we were in a situation where our Daughter was driving back and fourth from College 5 to 6 times a year, 10 hours each way and her old car finally gave out.. Purchasing a new car was not in our long term plans, so the idea of getting her a new car, was painful. With that in mind, we went to 5 Star thinking it would be one of many stops that day before we felt comfortable with a car and a payment we would be happy with. Within minutes of walking into the dealership we just felt like we were in the right place, Our sales guy Jim Rich listen to our story and came up with several options which met our needs. While in the process of figuring out which car my Daughter wanted, the Sales manager and my daughter started talking about the Alabama and Wisconsin game being held that night in Cowboy Stadium, and we found out the Sales Manger went to the school my daughter is attending.. After that brief interaction, the Sales Manager left and returned with 2 free Tickets to the game for my daughter... Needless to say, my Daughter had a great visit to 5 Star ford, getting a new 2016 Ford Fusion and 2 Tickets to a football game... I pulled away and realized the offer they made was sufficient and I'd prefer to accept it than to leave and start all over again. I went back in. I explained that they won and I'd accept their offer. Joshua informed me it wasn't about winning, but a good experience. I had already told them I accepted their offer, but they threw in tinted windows on top of it. This put a smile on face. It made it a "good experience". We were happy with the service by Jason Howell, Gary White and Joshua Fichter. When it came to financing, we saw the "Tutman" (as he refers to himself). Why he references himself to a child king is beyond me. Maybe he's an 8 year old at heart. Regardless, the experience with him was great. I made it clear I wasn't interested in a warranty. He briefly explained why it's an option. However, he didn't pressure me. This made me feel like he actually listened to me and gave me more confidence in him as an honest person. I prefer it this way. More

We were introduced to Terry Rich, and we were very impressed with his friendliness and openness about himself (that his sales force knows more about the individual cars than he does). Terry introduced us to Lee Clanton to help us find a car to fit our needs and desires. Lee is very knowledgeable about the Ford cars and quick with finding information using the computer program for which cars were on the lot to match our requests. We visited some other dealerships, and both of us agreed that the Ford Escape + the way Lee worked with us pulled us back to Five Star Ford. Lee was complimentary of our credit score and our standards. Once we told Lee which car we wanted, drove it some, and talked prices and payments, we next met Tut Edwards. Tut was very personable, very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable about the financing, the options to offer us, and accepted our terms with no penalty for early payoff. All of the paperwork was handled promptly, and it was placed in my hands. The Dealer's tag was handed off to Cameron who began to teach me the first steps about the technology of the car (lights, blue tooth, air conditioning, etc.). As a lady who has experienced life, I was hoping that my 'teacher' would be polite, respectful, knowledgeable in ordinary English (not computer language), and considerate of my needs and questions. Cameron Marsh was ALL of these. I am enjoying the comfort of my car, and learning more every day about its capabilities. I am very grateful that my husband found Five Star Ford, and that everyone we worked with was courteous, and helpful. More

I came to 5 star because of Justin Allerheiligen's respectful and kind approach. We set up an evening meeting to test drive a new F 150, and we drove away with it.
