Finally, no back & forth with the sales manager! Luckily for me, David was able to handle my whole deal before finance and not once did he need to check the sales price with a sales manager. I really appreciated that! Once we agreed on a price, I met with a finance representative, The Tutman, and he made the rest of the experience just as enjoyable. Very courteous and friendly ladies in the receptionist/lobby area. Professional and courteous Financial Manager Mr. Tut Edwards. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable Director of Operations, Mr. Joshua Fichter. Mr. Fichter offered a great deal on a new 2015 F150 and even better gave me great advise on how to find great parking for the Patriots vs Cowboys game. Last but not least is what made this an awesome experience and that was my dealing/working with Mr. David Deger. What I appreciated of Mr. Deger is that he is a very honest, down to earth, trusting gentleman. Besides being courteous, professional, and knowledgeable he has a perfect approach in pitching a sale, and that is he does not use "HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS". Something I have rarely come across in previous buying experiences. More

Eddie Laguana was our Sales Consultant for both purchases. He is very professional and truly cares for his customers. When we first arrived, Eddie was not on duty and we were greeted by Juan who treated us great! His honesty was apparent when he wanted to make sure that Eddie was contacted about us returning to buy another vehicle. Then, in Finance, we met two great guys that made our finance experience very pleasant and non-painful. The two were Tut and Freddie. Freddie actually closed the deal and both guys were fantastic.
