She was very respectful and really listened to what we wanted and could afford. She knew what she was doing and worked very hard to get us into the perfect SUV! There was no pressure to buy - just the facts and helpfulness. Ollie is simply FABULOUS to work with! She tells you what you want and/or need to know about the vehicle and then lets you decide. In the Finance Dept. Tut Edwards is your best friend. While he won't pressure you, he does throw suggestions or his thoughts out there for you to consider and decide on. After telling me some information about my financing, he said "just let that marinate for a moment", meaning "think about what I just said and then you (the customer) tell me what you want to do". Very helpful and down to earth. More

Brother in law highly recommended the Fusion since he always uses one as a rental and all it took was for me to drive one. This car definitely delivers on performance, comfort and style. It looks and feels like BMW and Lexus. Very good handling and love the 2.0. Would definitely use 5 start Ford again and Destenee was an awesome trooper. She even handled everything my crazy, not so pleasant brother in laws attitude and comments. She made it an even more enjoyable experience. Thanks 5 star! More
