Alfred, our sales person, is full of life. He is thorough, confident and competent. He knew the vehicle very well and was able to answer all of our questions. We appreciated that he was willing to work with us to get the price down on the vehicle. We would not hesitate to do business with him again. We had a long wait to see the financial person. Mr. Ross chatted with us for a time, apologizing for the time we had to wait. David Hill helped us with the financing. We had a problem with the title and it looked like we wouldn't be able to use our car as a trade in. David went above and beyond what was required, to help us through it and we were able to do the deal the way we originally agreed upon. We were very impressed with him. Everybody we came in contact with us treated us very well. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment - from the showroom, to the offices, to the restrooms. Found the truck we were interested online and put in an application - the online experience was not desirable but once we got to the dealership it was awesome. This all happened on Friday evening, we were bit stressed because this was not a planned purchase. Our 2006 F150 kicked it and had no other choice. We got a call from MM and Alfred, set up an appt for Saturday at 11 and drove off with a new vehicle within 2 hours. Sales person Alfred, Finance Tut and MM Finance manager are all amazing. This was by far the BEST car experience purchase EVER! We are and will always be a Ford family - Five Star Ford will now always and forever be our place to go. I just bought an awesome used F350 4x4 and John Hilsinger in sales did a great job helping me out. The truck came with a gooseneck hitch that was installed by the previous owner and it had become jammed. Joh in sales did a great job helping me out. As I was driving off, John got my attention and I stopped. He noticed that one of my rear brake lights was out. The bulb had been jarred loose when I closed the tailgate. He took it back over to service, they fixed it in about a minute, and I was on my way. If he hadn’t noticed it or pointed it out to me there’s no telling how long it would’ve been before I’d have noticed. Tut was super helpful in getting the financing in place too. Overall experience at 5 Star Ford was top notch and I’d definitely recommend them when you’re in the market for a car or truck! More

I called that I was coming in, he had my vehicle ready to view and test drive. My vehicle was detailed and ready for me to purchase and drive off with shortly after I arrived.
