Rarely have any issues because I buy Ford products but occasionally there is a problem. Crystal is my service provider and I do not have enough room to write all the great things I can say about her. She always makes a bad day brighter and has a unique skill in fitting everything into her day. She can hustle like no other employee I have seen. She always comes through for me. This team is second to none and I have never had a better experience at a dealership. Bozard Ford has my business and I travel over an hour to get there and pass two Ford dealers on the way.
