This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Diron and he has always been exceptional in service and willing to help us in anyway we need. However, I did need some warranty work done on my Flex with a week of purchase. While Diron was more than willing to help me arrange service, the person I dealt with behind the counter at the service desk was not very helpful. Angela (I believe was her name) did not understand what we were trying to express with the work that needed to be done on the vehicle, and was very vague in helping to keep us informed as to when the work would be completed. I understand that the work to be done is indicated based on the availability of a service tech in the back, but at the same time a simple ballpark of time expected instead of "don't know, we'll call you" would have been appreciated. More

What can't I say! Diron was an “EXCELLENT Professional.” I know that he is in sales but his professional, warm and friendly demeanor makes you forget all about the salesman’s cliché. I was able to get out of a very bad "LEMON" car that another dealorship sold to my husband and I. Diron, helped me from the begining and was very sweet. From the time we met Diron he was very helpful in showing us what was available and attempting to get us a pickup within our price range.
