Fantastic car buying experience - highly recommended We went into the process with a general idea of what we should spend for the new car as well as what we thought was a good trade-in value for our old We went into the process with a general idea of what we should spend for the new car as well as what we thought was a good trade-in value for our old vehicle. After a bit of surprise in the lower valuation for the trade-in that we expected, we were still able to bring the overall numbers on the deal to just about exactly what we were expecting to have to bring to the table, so everything worked out great. Diron hung in with us as we ran him through the ringer a bit to get to the price we wanted, but made sure we got to a deal everyone was happy with and had us all set with our new car. When we got to the finance office part of the process, we got to experience the "Freddie Finance Experience". Since we were writing a check on the balance between the trade and purchase price, the process was really pleasant with no high-pressure to get us to buy an extended warranty, etc that is sometimes the case with that point in the buying process. Overall, everyone at 5 Star was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. We'll definitely return when we're ready for the next vehicle. More

During this past October, I was flat on my back at a hospital after surgery on my lung. It was a horrible moment. Bottom of the barrel for any man. However during that moment...here comes Diron walking in the room with a thing of flowers representing your company. What other car company does this? I thank God for the men in my life that inspire me and prove over and over that men can build up other men...to become a greater man within. Blessings to all. More

" No Hassle, No worries" I came to five star ford just to look at some cars. I met Jasmine Galindo who was such a warm welcoming person. She introduced us to Diron Lintz. Diron made us feel comfortable and showed us several cars to choose from. Both Jasmine and Diron treated us more like hotel guest by offering us water upon arrival. Making my wife and I feel relaxed. Simply no pressure at all during our visit. Diron was great in giving us the information needed to make a smart decision on the vehicle we purchased. This was the best car buying experience I have had period. It is obvious that a great dealership employs great people to represent them. It didn’t stop there. The finance area was a breeze too. Talking with Freddie Valdovino was great. The Freddie Experience was awesome. Fast, Friendly, Freddie service explained the whole package from warranties, to maintenance. Each of these Five Star Ford Team Members I have mentioned went above and beyond their normal duties. When I left the dealership in our new ride I felt I knew these associates for a long time.
