My Five Star Experience For a while now my wife and I have been searching for a new vehicle but was unsure weather or not if we wanted a new truck or something else. We stopped in at Five Star in North Richland Hills and was promptly greeted by Diron who understood our circumstances and was more than willing to take the time to show us a few different vehicles and to let us drive them. Afterwards, we were still torn on which ones we liked the best so we left. Over the course of several months we've looked at other dealerships and different makes and models but in the end we knew that ford had always treated us the best with there sales and service. We ended up working a deal out on a 2016 explorer sport with Diron and Jim and finalized all the paperwork with Tut. I can't tell you how much of a joy it was to work with these gentlemen. They are truly top notch and will work with you to make the best deal possible. If you're looking at a new Ford stop by and ask for then by name, I guarantee they will impress you with their no pressure sales and terrific attitudes towards making the best choice for you. They each treat one another as Family and consider their customers to be Family. Most of the Sales Personnel have tenure of 10+ years with Five Star Ford; and that says a lot about the personal atmosphere you will experience there. In reaching a deal on a vehicle; Diron is not satisfied until I am satisfied that I am paying a fair price for my vehicles. You want to do business with a guy who has your interest and desires in mind in ensuring you get the vehicle you most desire...go see Diron at Five Star Ford. And be prepared...he will just call you out of blue from time to time...not to try to get you to come in to sell you another vehicle...but to genuinely & simply check on you to see how you're doing and wish you well in life! Diron will spend whatever time is necessary that you want to spend in getting you into the vehicle you most desire. No high pressure; no hype; no strings; and no false pretenses!!! You will not find better people than those at Five Star; and although they are a corporation, they function much like a family owned business. Each person is empowered to make decisions on most things, and when they can't, it's just a phone call or "let's go see _____" to make it happen.
