Never Knew It Would be this easy!!! As a woman, I really hate to try to buy a car. But I was met near the door by Danny Trauth. The entire experience was WONDERFUL! He listened to what I was needing, and the amount that I could afford to pay. He was able to match my needs to 5 different cars/SUV's so I had a selection before I did a test drive. He is so polite and respectful that really impressed me. I think we all thought great customer service died years ago. Not at 5 Star and definitely not with Danny. He walked me thru the entire process of financing and I was in and out much quicker than I thought driving my NEW CAR!!! At other dealerships no one ever asked me what I needed and what I wanted. But he listened to me, and matched me to the right car- even the color! I will never go any place else after this experience. We will be needing a new truck within a year and I know Danny will be who we will see. More

Both in terms of vehicles and dealerships, and I finally decided on 5-Star Ford to purchase my F-15 There are a lot of choices we have as a consumer. Both in terms of vehicles and dealerships, and I finally decided on 5-Star Ford to purchase my F-150 because I got a Great Deal, and I was treated with Respect. Danny Trauth took the time and understood what I wanted, both in terms of a deal and vehicle. Then Danny worked to make it happen. He allowed me the opportunity to make up my mind, while not playing those silly car salesman games on me that are annoying, and I experienced at other dealers. Danny is an honest and sincere man, and that came across when I worked with him. 5-Star Ford was not the first dealership I visited. In fact, I was close to a deal at a different dealership, but I was not comfortable with the reindeer games they were playing. I visited 5-Star because a friend said he was treated well there. Great service This was actually the second time that we purchased a car from Mr. Nemri. He is very honest in his approach and answers all of the questions you have. This was actually the second time that we purchased a car from Mr. Nemri. He is very honest in his approach and answers all of the questions you have. He gives you time to thoroughly look over any paperwork, time in the vehicle, and time to make calls on your own if needed. There is no "hard sell" at this business. The staff is friendly and displays ethical behavior toward each other. We are very ordinary people, but each of the two times we have been greeted by management. It is a welcoming atmosphere. They will work with you so that you can purchase the vehicle you need. We were referred to 5 Star by my sister because she had needed a car to transport her handicapped husband at a time when they were not prepared to buy one. This dealership found a vehicle and financing for her. Her salesman, Hector, occasionally calls her to see if she has everything she needs. We love them! More
