The salesman and other staff helped us to set up our phones when the new car arrived, and they offer a class on the Sync system every Saturday for people new to the system, which was very informative. I was able to get a fair deal on my trade-in and the price was reasonable. My salesperson, Danny Trauth, did a great job getting all the vehicles I wanted to test-drive ready for me when I arrived. He answered all my questions and did a good job showing me the features of the truck. I was able to get in afterwards for window tinting and a bedliner that I didn't want to finance with the purchase. They also put on a class for using the SYNC 3 radio/navigation system. That was very beneficial. More

Nice Experience! This was my first time to come to a Ford dealership to look at vehicles. We have always purchased Chevrolets, but my daughter and son-in-law suggested This was my first time to come to a Ford dealership to look at vehicles. We have always purchased Chevrolets, but my daughter and son-in-law suggested that I come and see Jeff Smith. He is a great guy to deal with. He was with another customer at the time so he asked if we would let Danny Trauth could help us until he wasthrough with his customer. Danny showed us some vehicles and we test drove a few and then I test drove the 2013 Ford Flex and loved it. So they sat down with us and negotiated the price and I had to wait a few days because the lenders I think had already closed, but they called me that following Monday afternoon and I got approved for the vehicle. They asked us if we needed anything to drink while we waited. It was a great experience. Thank you Jeff and Danny for all of your help throughout the whole process. More

We spent all the time we wanted looking at trucks never feeling rushed. Will the finance guy came out to speak to us and told all that we could do until the next day. We came back on Monday a little late again this time Danny help us until we left in our new 2018 F-150. I am loving this truck. I know I made the right choice. 100 percent sure. 5 out of 5 stars.
