Absolutely Amazing! Best service experience ever! The heat in my 2014 Ford Edge was not working properly on the driver's side. My fiancé called Bozard and told them what Best service experience ever! The heat in my 2014 Ford Edge was not working properly on the driver's side. My fiancé called Bozard and told them what was going on and set up my appointment for a Wednesday morning with service advisor, Crystal, even asked her if they could put me in a rental so I could get back to work that day. I was running late Wednesday morning due to an accident on 95, I called Crystal to let her know I would be running late, she reassured me not to worry. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by a smile and warm hello, she took my info and called up for the rental (super sweet 2016 Explorer Limited- totally in love with it!) I was in and out in not even 10 minutes. Later that day she called me and told me that they order 2 parts and was waiting on their delivery. Come to find out, one part came in and the second was on backorder over 3 weeks out. She reassured me that she and her service manager contacted corporate to get them to expedite the delivery and that they would cover the rental past the 10 days that my warranty covered. Without a doubt, they stayed true to their word, my car was in their shop for a little over 2 weeks and it was by far the smoothest process ever. Crystal was amazing, she kept me updated daily and stayed true to her word that they would get it taken care of. They without a doubt gained a customer for life. More

They did all the work to my COMPLETE & TOTAL satisfaction. Adam Herringdine (tech) fixed / corrected all the issues it was in for. Clay (Creative Colors) worked on the interior & made it look BETTER THAN NEW! Barry Benjamin (Product Manager) identified & corrected a very stubborn (& loud) suspension squeak. Miles Mealor (Auto Detailer) went over my car with a fine tooth comb & returned it to me spotless! Crystal Garrison (my service advisor) was her usual exceptional self. She oversaw the entire process, made sure the vehicle was cared for when it was there & took her time / effort to explain (& show) me all that they did. The entire staff takes GREAT PRIDE in their work! They treat your car like it was their own & truly care about the work they do. They all exhibit great expertise in their jobs & show superior workmanship quality. MOST IMPORTANTLY they make you welcome & create a relaxed / pleasant atmosphere. It simply is the BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I've ever been to. More

regular checkups I have been coming here since 2013 to have my 2011 Ford Escape serviced. The staff is friendly and efficient and they always did good work on my vehicle. However, I do not like the way some of the staff tries to upsell additional services. For example, this past week, they told me my tires were dangerously low and did not rotate the tires which I assume is routine. However, they failed to explain to me what they look at and how they determine wear and tear. I went to a local tire place near me and there service manager showed me exactly where the tread was worn and explained what 2/32 of inch meant. They did corraborate Ford's finding, but Ford quotes high prices where I can find the same tire for less. I will continue to use your service, but do ask that your staff take a little more time to explain things. Yes, I am a woman and all I do is drive the car and have no clue about the world of maintenance. More
