warranty work and the works svc brought my 2015 F150 in for issue with the front camera getting water inside and backup sensor on right corner sounding when wet out. Service had t brought my 2015 F150 in for issue with the front camera getting water inside and backup sensor on right corner sounding when wet out. Service had to order new front camera, and could not find issue with rear sensor. They performed the works service work on truck and had me out in no time. they were very friendly and very professional. More

Not the Best They messed up my original appointment. if I had not called with a question, I would have showed up for nothing. Service itself They messed up my original appointment. if I had not called with a question, I would have showed up for nothing. Service itself does not appear to be bad. Too early to really tell. The pick up was a nightmare. You have to wait for a service rep. They do not have a customer service payment center. They were short staffed and I waited close to 20 minutes to just have the "privilege" of paying over 1300.00. I had to wait to get my car after all of that. No manager anywhere in sight. Nothing but excuses. Neither the work nor the bill was every discussed with me. Why should a customer wait for a service rep??? It is beyond me. They said they would send something or have someone call. It is close to 10 days. Nothing. If one likes frustration and aggravation, this seems like a good place to go. More

It has been a long process what could've been a disaster Crystal really took care of me and even gave me a Rent-A-Car and made sure the whole thing worked out the way it was discussed three weeks ahead of time.
