While on vacation in St Augustine, my Ford 250 SD diesel needed shop work on the engine. Your service advisor, Crystal Garrison, was totally aware of my urgency and the fact that I needed to be back home b needed shop work on the engine. Your service advisor, Crystal Garrison, was totally aware of my urgency and the fact that I needed to be back home by Saturday for doctors appointments. My F250 was at your shop for five days during which, Crystal kept me informed of the shop's progress and issues arising from the mechanical problems. Your mechanic, Steve Wright corrected the engine problem, as well as, a DEF pump problem that another Ford dealer, in Atlanta, GA could not correct in three shop visits. Travis Thornton was very personable in offering his services to me including washing my truck. Based on your staff that I interacted with, I would gladly make your Service Department my dealer of choice, unfortunately I live in Marietta, GA. I recently came into your dealership because I have heard nothing but great things about this dealership and my friends were right! As soon as I drive up to the service lane a young man named Travis greeted nothing but great things about this dealership and my friends were right! As soon as I drive up to the service lane a young man named Travis greeted me and he was very polite. Before my car was getting worked on I spoke with Crystal who was very knowledgeable and friendly. It doesn't stop there. When I heard my car was ready I was in shock on how clean it was! I used to go to Gary Yeoman's and all they did was quickly wash the outside of the car. My car had not been cleaned in a few months and Travis did an extraordinary job; even vacuuming the trunk! The car looked like it first did when I purchased it. From now on, this is my dealership. I bought a Ford explorer 2006 the second week I had it the transmission started acting funny. I did not by a extended warranty do to my budget so I called to see if there was a 30 day warranty I was tol the transmission started acting funny. I did not by a extended warranty do to my budget so I called to see if there was a 30 day warranty I was told yes there was , so I drove down on Sat they were not able to look at it that day was told to bring it back during the week. My salesMan Andy Harris call me Monday and told me he would get the service Department to call me to set up a time which they did. I called Mr. Harris back to see if I could get something to drive he said he would have to check Mr. Harris called me back and it would be taken care off. I drove back down on Wednesday dropped off my truck they got me a truck to drive and called me Thursday afternoon to let me know mine was ready, there was a issue and that it had been fixed. I picked my truck up Friday morning the issue had been fixed and they had also top off my gas. Thank You Andy Harris and the Service Department Billy ,and there were several others and the Enterprise Lady . Thank you all for all you done and fixing the issue. All of this was done at no cost to me. More

I had thought about buying a used car from a buy here pay here place. When my wife and I pulled up on the lot in our old beat up car we were greeted by Jason Leeber. Right away he made us feel welcome and was not trying to sell us anything,but instead was asking us what we might be looking for. I thought our options were going to be limited,but that didn't stop Jason from showing us anything we were intrested in looking at. My fears at buying a car were taken away buy all the staff that work at Bozard Ford,everyone smiled and were very friendly making our expeirence relaxing and actually fun. There was no pressure from anyone to make a choice right now, they all took their time to answer any questions we had and to show us options I didn't know were available.
