Better than any other Car Dealership in the Country I am an owner of BMW and Mercedes Benz, but in 2013 I bought my wife a Ford Explorer from Bozard. I can truly say that Bozard CSR has better knowledge I am an owner of BMW and Mercedes Benz, but in 2013 I bought my wife a Ford Explorer from Bozard. I can truly say that Bozard CSR has better knowledge, best interest and much much more efficient than any other dealer that I have been... My CSR, Mrs. Crystal Garrison, is simple the BEST... As I had mention before, she is unique in every way and extremely attention to all of my needs... Is to bad that I don't have a Crystal Garrison at the BMW Dealer... Once again, I thank Mrs. Garrison and all of her team member for an outstanding job... Well Done Guys... Keep the Good Work More

Great sales team, but had some hiccups To start, I had a great experience with John as my salesman. I told him what I specifically wanted in a car, and he made sure I got it within my price To start, I had a great experience with John as my salesman. I told him what I specifically wanted in a car, and he made sure I got it within my price range. He even made sure to follow up with me after the sale, which was very much appreciated. Once the deal was struck, it was time to move on to the finance manager, Chris. I came in with pre-approved financing from a third party. I showed him the paperwork, then he took it to someone else, only to come back to tell me that I needed to put $2,000 down (which was not in the terms of the contract) or he could get me alternate financing. When I refused both, he disappeared again for a while, then came back to tell me that I was good to go. I'm glad I knew the terms of my financing contract, or they would've stolen a sizeable amount of money from my pocket. Once all the contacts were signed, I was told to come back if there were any problems with the car or missing components, and they'd resolve the issue. I went back the first time because I thought the spare tire was missing. Turns out, the car has a Ford can of fix-a-flat in lieu of a spare tire to save weight. Ok, that was my fault for not knowing that and that employee was very courteous and helpful. It didn't get hairy until I realized the rear defroster had a connector dangling from the window and it wasn't working. I only had the car for 10 days at this point, and hadn't even set groceries in the back seat yet, no less have any way of breaking off the connector. Crystal eagerly took my key for a consultation without even looking at the car, and told me it was $100 deductible to replace my back window under warranty. When I explained that I was told to bring it back if there were any issues and that it looked like the connector just needed to be soldered back on, she confidently told me that most windows need to be replaced when the defroster is broken. She also suggested that I find my salesperson to see if he would cover the deductible. A salesperson should not be held responsible for something that service missed during the certified pre-owned inspection! When my car was returned to me, it reeked of gas, my average mpg was 1.2 less than when I brought it in, and about an eighth of a tank of gas was used... for a rear defroster malfunction. Shady. When I brought it back for the actual repair after I was told that there was a kit they could use to repair it (mind games, eh? You tell me it'll be a larger repair so I can be relieved when you tell me it's the minor one that I already told you it was?), I took a photo of my dash, and everything came back as I gave it to them (probably due to the "butler" who was patiently waiting for me to finish taking the photo so he could open my car door for me). Needless to say, it was repaired with new connectors, not a new window, and neither myself nor my salesman were charged the deductible (that I'm aware of). After all of this, I only kept going back so as not to void my warranty. Would I recommend buying a car from Bozard? Absolutely (realistically, the finance manager was doing his job and trying to keep my money in Ford, but he didn't need to lie and try to take advantage of me. If you don't want people bringing in their own financing, then don't be a partner in those services!). John gave me the most enjoyable experience and I have already recommend him to several people. He alone earned the dealership two more review stars than I wanted to give. Would I recommend their service department? Not even if Bubba's back yard in Bardin was my only other option. At least Bubba would have the good sense to look at my car before telling me what needed to be fixed, and I'd even bet he wouldn't make his brother pay for something he accidentally overlooked. They just have bad ethics by assuming everyone is gullible and naive because it works in their favor occasionally. To Bozard's credit, everything was made right, but not without an aggravating fight. Granted, this may not be the truth of how they do business, but one's perception is their reality. I'm finding a different Ford dealership for any future service and repairs. Just be mindful, and you won't get taken advantage of. More

SURPRISED BY THE EXTRA SERVICE Brought our F-150 in to fix a problem with the driver's seat. I planned to wait for the repair, but it was longer than expected. Very surprised when Crystal informed me I could get a rental car for the day free of charge. Took advantage of this deal and managed to get all of my chores done while the truck was being repaired. And last but least Airbag problem which would have costed over $500 A lemon by the extreme in my opinion.I made the decision to get out of it well the getting was good and bought a 2014 Ford Edge, Ricky Goodwin was a excellant help, To find a affordable vechile My Family has been a Bozard customer since 1951. The edge was like the 4th vechile purchased by this family in the last few years i also purchased a 2013 F-150 my father a F-150 brother F-250 , and my wife purchased two vechiles her self. the 2012 Explore and now the Edge. Under the circumstances a job well done on the finance guys and Ricky goodwin and the encouragement from piper and the young Lady and the front desk Named Stephanie. why isn't she listed on top? but i HaVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FRIENDS LIKE THESE WHO ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT MY PROBLEMS IN SOLVING THE GREAT LEMON PROBLEM lol WINKS. Warranty work on a brand new Ford Escape I recently bought a brand new Escape in Indiana. My car broke down in St. Augustine and was recommended to Bozard Ford.
