GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH!!!! We purchase a 2015 Mustang from Bozard in December because several friends had bragged about the dealership and professionalism. We had a recall on th We purchase a 2015 Mustang from Bozard in December because several friends had bragged about the dealership and professionalism. We had a recall on the fuel system, a bad sun visor light, and a small tear in the console lid, all warranty issues. Since we lived 45 miles from Bozard, we took it to a closer Ford dealer for the service. They pushed back and refused to repair the console issue and told us to work through Ford. They also did a terrible job on repairing the sun visor light. We took it to Bozard, Alex Vererkovic apologized for the other dealer’s attitude and said they would handle the issue and correct the other dealer’s poor work. He asked Crystal Garrison to gather the information he needed and she contacted Ford, got the repair approved, and ordered the part the next day. Four days later the part was in, we set up an appointment, took in the car, and it was back to us in 45 minutes. Thanks to Alex and Crystal for GREAT SERVICE and Kind Attitude!
