Warm atmosphere with plenty to do while waiting I was pleased with the space and accomodations, cookies, water, popcorn etc. while waiting. I would give 4 1/2 stars but it wasn't an option. The strike was for taking quite a bit of time before realizing that it was a simple fix and needed to be done elsewhere because it was a proprietary install of a part (wiring harness trailer from U-Haul) that Ford could not provide or fix for me. I would have liked them to have figured that out sooner so that I could have been on my way. The Ping Pong was an Awesome past time! I more than likely will come back v. my current Jacksonville Avenues Ford Dealer for service. More

Great Experience! Very impressed with my first service trip to Bozard. Had an issue with my Mustang's AC and Jeff Sparks and team did a great job diagnosing and repairing. Customer service was tremendous. When you walk in the door you are greeted by several very friendly people....asking how they can help, do you need water, etc. Amazing how noticeable the difference is when comparing Bozard to other local Ford service departments. Here they are happy to see you. Not the "oh no, how is this guy going to bug me" look you get elsewhere. Well done!! More

Service Department Blows Everyone Else Out of the Water! As always, the Colby Clarke (my service representative) exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond in every aspect of my last service appointm As always, the Colby Clarke (my service representative) exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond in every aspect of my last service appointment. My driver's seat lumbar support was broken when I purchased the used car and needed to be ordered once I brought it to their attention. Colby let me know once the part arrived and was able to schedule an appointment for me immediately. I was prepared for a 4 hour (at least) appointment, and intended to stay in the area looking at new cars, and visiting the store next door. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when I discovered they were able to complete my vehicle in 3 hours. They MUST have pulled my car in and went to work immediately to complete the task that well, and that quickly! It was no simple task, I'm sure. Mr. Clarke took amazing care of me and always does. I had briefly mentioned to him that the previous owner (my car is new to me, but used) was a heavy smoker and I was having trouble with getting the smell out. He asked if I would like them to help with that issue by using a citrus spray, which of course I said yes to, and it worked wonderfully. Fresh and clean smell to go along with my perfectly fixed car, and beautiful clean exterior and interior. The scent was something he went out of his way to make sure was done (he didn't have to), which made me feel wonderful because it showed how much he cared and simply wanted to make sure I was as happy with the car as I could be. Because Colby constantly surprises me with going above the call of duty, I will never take my car anywhere or TO anyone else! Colby Clarke and the rest of the Bozard Ford Lincoln family are so pleasant to deal with each time. They truly take the anxiety out of car buying and maintenance! LOVE them!! More

Colby is a very nice person listen to what I had to say The Service Center did a great job, it was the body shop they sent my car out to that I'm not happy with it took them a week to paint and adjust my dr The Service Center did a great job, it was the body shop they sent my car out to that I'm not happy with it took them a week to paint and adjust my drivers door and when I get it back you cant even put the drivers window down with out it sounding like nails on a chalk board and scrapping my window and to also see they didn't paint a spot on the door frame still down to the metal. Service and Colby are great the Body Shop not so much More

Timely, efficient. As usual, I was able to get a appointment fairly quickly and one that would best fit my schedule. Colby was very helpful and was able to get my problem resolved as quickly as possible with the consideration that parts needed to be ordered to resolve my car problems. I was kept informed of every step of the repairs and was given realistic expectations on wait time etc. Piper has assisted me in the past and this particular time was the one that handed me my keys and ensured me everything was done on my vehicle. This is a Great time and I always have the best experience possible at this location. More

My new go to shop! Best visit i have had at a dealership. Normally i avoid dealerships, but service here was great! Associates were extremely friendly and helpful.
