Too little too late I have always had my vehicle serviced at Bozard with little concern, but several months ago I brought my car in with concerns and was told there was n I have always had my vehicle serviced at Bozard with little concern, but several months ago I brought my car in with concerns and was told there was nothing wrong, "if there was the engine light would come on". Now, less than 15,000 miles later, with no engine light warnings, I am told that I need $4500 in repairs and the transmission will need to be replaced. I'm livid, as I don't feel that I was negligent in asking for expert advice long before the issue was out of warranty and out of my budget. I don't think that the gentlemen I worked with on this visit we're at fault but I'm extremely disappointed in Bozard as a whole on how my long term maintenance was handled and the extremely offensive trade in offered after all the money and loyalty I have had to this dealership. More

Warranty claim and various recalls Bought one of the long awaited Focus RS over the summer and after 14,xxx miles, there were issues developing in the engine. Turned out to be a manufa Bought one of the long awaited Focus RS over the summer and after 14,xxx miles, there were issues developing in the engine. Turned out to be a manufacture defect in the headgasket. I handed my car off to Colby Clarke (via a flatbed) and a little over a month later, there was a completely brand new engine and the quirky recalls were taken care of. Being without a vehicle for a month, he was able to source me authorization for a rental in the interim. I got the car back better than new. I walked into the service center, was handed my paperwork, keys, and a smile. So very painless and ever so thankful. More

Great service, start to finish! I always use Quicklane at Bozard Ford for routine maintenance on my vehicle and always have a good experience. So, when I noticed some odd sounds comi I always use Quicklane at Bozard Ford for routine maintenance on my vehicle and always have a good experience. So, when I noticed some odd sounds coming from the front end of my Escape, I called the Bozard Ford Service Department for help. It wasn't an easy problem to identify, but they persisted and, ultimately, found and fixed the problem. Turns out that it was not just "an odd sound." It was something that could have created a real safety hazard for me... I'm glad they took it seriously!! Thank you, David, Andie, Colby, Crystal, and the rest of the Service Team!! More
