Will remain a customer. I may come across as somewhat biased as I know one of these individuals personally, but that only directed me to an initial visit. Knowing the qualiti I may come across as somewhat biased as I know one of these individuals personally, but that only directed me to an initial visit. Knowing the qualities of this person I hoped that the same qualities were present in his employees... and they were. The staff truly seems to care about the quality of their work and take pride in their results. They managed to keep my two lemons running in good condition until time came to purchase a new vehicle which I of course did at Bozard's. from my experience, everyone that enters is treated as family, and their concerns are important to the staff. A no stress, easy service call My appointment was for 11am and I was taken at 11. I was told it would take about an hour and in 1 hourvthe job was complete. Lack of communication I took my Lincoln in to have navigation installed as was agreed when I purchased it. I informed the person who called me to set the appointment that I took my Lincoln in to have navigation installed as was agreed when I purchased it. I informed the person who called me to set the appointment that I would need to leave the car and would need a loaner vehicle as it was explained to me the installation would take about half a day.He was vauge about providing the loaner vehicle, so I called Alex who I always deal within the service department and advised him of my situation,he told me no problem he would see to it. When I arrived the parts department asked if I was going to wait it would take about a hour and I said no I had to leave and need a loaner. I then spoke with Alex and he said no problem one would be there shortly. 30 minutes later I went back ad asked where was the car. about 5 minutes I was picked up with another couple who had been waiting for a hour for a car, we were driven to the Enterprise lot across the street. I was told by the man to have a seat and I would get the next vehicle when one came in. I told him no I was already late for a appointment and this was scheduled by Bozard the previous week. He said they were doing the best they could but he did not have a car and he had only got a call that morning, He then took me outside and gave me a Nissan compact which I told him I was supposed to get a Lincoln, and that was not acceptable. He replied "you don't need to be rude we are doing the best we can indicating it was not his fault . I stated give me the car I need to go. When I returned to Bozard after 4 or 5 hours when my car was ready, I informed Alex and Colby that I did not know where the mix was but I was not happy with the situation that morning and about the Enterprise employee response. I also told them it did not matter about which car I was given however the e.Enterprise employs attitude did nothing to correct the situation. As far as Bozard I have had nothing but excellent service and buying experiences, Alex is always very helpful and always meets or exceeds my expectations. I don't know where the breakdown was in this situation and I trust that it will be corrected . More

Factory recalls and sync update and problems Have been experiencing problems with sync ever since we had the updates installed a few weeks ago.
