Great Service This service department did a great job fixing my car and the customer service was top notch! Odie Terry guided me on what needed to be fixed and work This service department did a great job fixing my car and the customer service was top notch! Odie Terry guided me on what needed to be fixed and worked with me to make sure I knew what was getting fixed. Michael Fitch was eager to point me in the right direction. Ric Calderon handled all of the warranty claims and paperwork for me so it ended up costing me absolutely nothing! Charlie Dill & Abel Baldazo were extremely nice and were able to drop me off and pick me up while my car was getting fixed. Overall, the entire process of getting my car fixed was stress free and I appreciate having a service department team like these guys! Thanks! More

Complete satisfaction on all fronts I'd like to begin my review of Five Star Ford by saying that I'm writing it because I'm feeling an increasing amount of guilt for not having done it a I'd like to begin my review of Five Star Ford by saying that I'm writing it because I'm feeling an increasing amount of guilt for not having done it a long time ago. It's not that they've been putting pressure on me to review them, but that I feel morally obligated to praise these people who are just so wonderful at their jobs. I have done a lot of car shopping and gotten a lot of service on my vehicles at Five Star Ford over the past couple years. My first visit there was to get an oil change on a Mustang I (foolishly) purchased at another dealer. I don't remember much about that experience other than that it went smoothly since it was a few years ago, but while I was waiting for them to finish the oil change, I found a vehicle for sale at an amazing price in the pre-owned lot, which I returned to buy the next day. This is when I met Jim Fairweather. The car buying experience with him was so quick, so smooth, and most importantly, so stress free. He didn't seem as worried about selling us a car as he was about us being satisfied with our experience. While on our test drive, he didn't annoyingly talk my ear off about this feature and that feature. He just let me enjoy the car and told me about the little things that he thought I'd find interesting. I'm sure Jim would have taught me more about the car, but he learned through our conversations that I was a "car guy" who had a bit of knowledge beforehand. All in all, he told me everything I needed to know, and nothing I already did. Buying from Jim was a wonderful experience. I made a second vehicle purchase some months later trading in the Mustang I mentioned earlier for a newer model, but this time, I was assisted by David Hyche. It was yet another perfectly pleasurable experience. David was so laid back that I can't even tell if these sales professionals are even paid commission. He moved at my pace and let me take all the time I needed to think my decision over, and when I finally decided to pull the trigger, signing the papers was a breeze. I'm completely happy with my buying experiences at Five Star Ford. Side note: I can't imagine that there's anyone in the finance department of any dealership who makes the financing process as easy and enjoyable as Tony Snyder did for my two vehicles. My visits to the service department have been equally as enjoyable. My last oil change was quick, the work was performed well, and my service advisor, Steven, didn't recommend any unnecessary services. The other service advisor I've worked with, Ezra, is currently advising me through an engine trouble my new Mustang is having. He quickly got me into a rental car (covered by my extended warranty) and is relaying all the information about my car's diagnosis to me as soon as he gets it. All of these advisors and technicians are great people who I'd come back to for service in a heartbeat. This service department deserves every bit of praise I could give it. I know my baby is in good hands here. More
