It is an absolutely beautiful dealership! Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating! As soon as I arrived, I was met by Carson Fogg who was so friendly and I immediately felt at ease. I've been in the same vehicle for 23 years so the thought of buying another was so scary! They both had empathy and compassion for me and I could tell they truly cared with helping me. From Carson going over all of the bells and whistles in the 2021 Ford Explorer (and there's a lot!), his knowledge of how to do all the gadgets was outstanding! Taking his time to show me all of what was there and also showing me all of the vehicle itself. Then Mike Murdock going out of his way for me for 3 weeks, helping me find the right vehicle. And one that was in my budget! He returned many texts and phone calls. Sending me links to possible vehicles. But once this 2021 Ford Explorer was found, that was it for me. I knew that was the one I wanted. Mike immediately jumped into action for me, ensuring my name was on it (reserved)! That very day I went there to meet my new car and make that purchase! Mike took his time in going over all of the details for what I was to expect in financing it. He answered all the questions I had.
