He is very courteous, honest, straightforward, bright, efficient and impressively knowledgeable about Ford vehicles and services. The key is that he is very careful to LISTEN and to REMEMBER what you say in your regards to your car needs, preferences and finances. He answers phone calls or texts very quickly, always in the most professional and time-efficient manner. Equally noteworthy is Andrew Snyder, Finance Director, who was straightforward, organized, courteous, very bright and yet eager to see things from my perspective. He offered several suggestions to help me to save money now and in the future. William May and Anthony Snyder made my car-buying experience very successful in every way. I award Five Stars to each of these outstanding employees. I will purchase all my future cars with them and will be recommending them to others for sure. More

Joshua(GM) asked him to call me as a follow up to the email. Eddie said he would have the vehicle we were interested in looking at ready when we got there. He did, we liked it & we bought it. Eddie was friendly, kind and courteous. He made it a very smooth process along with Jimmy in finance. Joshua the GM followed up with a phone call the following Monday. More

I am astounded at how amazing this has been!!! I could not have chosen a more comprehensive, dedicated, astute, and professionally compassionate operation than 5 star Ford! Jim Fairweather is the best salesman and the fastest lifelong friend i have ever had the honor of meeting. He is so good he is "in some whole 'nuther" category of excellence! In a word- perfection!! Joshua is the fastest study of ardent problem solving and superior management style in doing EXACTLY what needs to be done to perfect his position by delighting his customers from the first "hello" to "thank you for becoming part of our family" as you drive away with the most outstanding vehicle money can buy! Jerry Reynolds, the "Car-Pro guy" had the car located for me, then I went to 5 star Ford, and Joshua lined me up with Jim Fairweather who along with Tut had the deal concluded within 2 hours! I am still in the happiest form of shock I HAVE EVER KNOWN! It was almost as much fun as learning that certain lesson my girlfriend taught me on our first date at the drive-in movie. I never did watch that movie and don't remember it. But, i shall never forget this most perfect car-buying experience I had at 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills.. Drive off the lot in 4 hours, start to finish Yesterday, I bought my second Ford Edge SEL from Sam Pack in NRH. I made an appointment for 10 AM so they knew I was coming but I had my paperwork an Yesterday, I bought my second Ford Edge SEL from Sam Pack in NRH. I made an appointment for 10 AM so they knew I was coming but I had my paperwork and key in my hand by 1:30 the same day. I am always impressed by the Sam Pack organization and operation. Everyone from the salespersons to finance to service and body shop have one purpose: make the "guest's" experience a good one! Notice I did not say "customer." That is what we are, guests! They work on the theory that you treat a guest better than you would simply a customer...and they do. My experience with my last car was superior, everything from salesman, the price, a pretty good (expensive) accident which was repaired in the Service Department and then a very minor accident that was handled in the Body Shop, was as good as it could be. Everyone that I had contact with was courteous, efficient, pleasant...just the kind of folks you want to do business with! I am 72 years old. I had my previous 2013 Edge long enough to worry a little about trading it in because I was cranking up the miles, 80K. I had had NO trouble with the vehicle at all but I live out in the country and wanted to exchange vehicles so I wouldn't have trouble and to protect my investment. Since my previous experience had been so good, I went back to Five Star. This is a 42 mile drive for me through the worst construction in Tarrant County. I made an appointment for 10 AM Monday. My salesman, Lee Clanton, came into the office sick, just recovering from the flu, to see me and subsequently make the sale. He already had selected three vehicles that met the requirements I gave him, one used and two new. The used 2014 Edge was in superior shape and with 40K fewer miles that my 2013. I liked it except for the MyFord package. Then he showed me a 2017 SEL equipped exactly as I wanted and they had it in two colors. I drove it and fell in love. The 2017 Edge is so much nicer vehicle than my 2013. The styling, technology, handling, road noise is so much better, it is incredible. The 2013 was no slouch but the 2017 is a dream! Five Star gave me an excellent trade-in on my 2013 and a very good price on the 2017. Anyway, on with my story. I selected one of the new SELs and started through the process. The finance step with Ken McLemore was quick and painless. It only took as long as it did because of all the paperwork then back to Lee who had my keys to the new car. In and out in about 3 1/2 hrs. That is fudging a little bit. I did spend tome with Jimmie Mathews on the considerable technology involved in the new cars. He is amazing in every way. On my 2013, the most difficult thing about it was setting up the phone and Bluetooth. On my new one, I picked up a navigation package. The phone operates about the same way as the 2013. Only minor differences. The navigation system is a whole different thing, quite like Google Maps. It is very intuitive. At my age, telling me something once usually doesn't sink in. I takes more than once. Jimmie, besides his enormous knowledge is VERY patient and a good communicator. He managed to get me through , I think, most of the issues. I was able to start the car after I stopped at the QT next door and then find my way home. I cannot say enough good about Five Star and their employees. I will definitely go back there when I am ready for another Ford! More

I bought my first car there in 2009 and was happy to return for my new truck. By just asking for Joshua, the GM, I was welcomed into his office and treated as if I was a long time friend. I knew which truck I wanted and that it was at the Plano store. I gave him the information and he called the GM directly to confirm it was still there. Next he looked up my file and called in my previous salesman Rick Dike. They told me that it was still there and off to the business office we went. There, David Hill took care of getting all the info for getting approved and of course the required offer of warranties. To be honest I hate this part the most. But we got it done at a good price and acceptable payments. I was in and out in about 3 hrs. I had to come back latter to pick up the truck though. When I got there they had their Tech Team there to show me how to work the sync system and other features of the vehicle. They even have classes on the SYNC on Saturdays. I can't think of a bad part of the deal. More
