CarProShow responded immediately with recommendation based on criteria we submitted, providing us with contacts at both the Plano and the North Richland Hills locations. When we arrived at the NRH dealership just before sales team meeting ended. Alfred let us climb in and out of all of the cars in the showroom until we figured out which one fit us best, then took us out to the lot for test drive. We received a reasonable offer on our trade, and got no hassle when we preferred to use our own financing. When we indicated that we preferred base model, we were not pushed into a car with more options than we wanted. (Our prior experience in buying a new car at another lot entailed being told they had a base model, wrangling with sales manager over having to pay over $2000 extra for unwanted add-ons/dealer upgrades/services they had already made to base model. It is highly unlikely we will ever buy another vehicle from that other dealership). More

I have avoided buying a new car since 2003 because I hate the "waiting game".,, you know- the old game where you sit in the salesmans office and wait while he runs back and forth from you to the sales manage the "waiting game".,, you know- the old game where you sit in the salesmans office and wait while he runs back and forth from you to the sales managers office. And most of the time while the salesman is supposed to haggling for your best deal, he is actually shooting the breeze with the boss while you sweat. This was not the case with Five Star Ford NRH. I had discussed my situation and needs at length with Jerry Reynolds "the Car Pro" and he recommended that I contact Terry Rich. Terry hooked me up with Rick Dikes who was a breath of fresh air. Two phone calls and Rick gave me a quote that was $1500 lower than my best deal that I could find. I tried to haggle and he brought in the incentives that I was unaware of. My wife had already picked out the car she wanted and all we had to do was go for a test drive and sign papers. It took longer for the computer guru to teach us the "synch" than it did for us to buy the car- which was 4K below the sticker. Rick Dikes and his Five Star Crew gave us a no-hassle/ no haggle approach that left me speechless. Thank You Rick for doing what it takes to make car buying fun again. Larry O. I was referred to the dealership by Jerry Reynolds, the Car Pro. They found exactly what I was looking for even though they had to get it from another dealership. They started with a price that was well below MSRP and then subtracted the financing incentives from that. I bought a F-350 DRW. They gave me the price ahead of time and I called a few other dealerships to compare it. The finance department was also very helpful explaining what the cheapest options were for the purchase. When I left with the truck, they had also filled the tank. Great group of guys. More

We connected CarPro and he gave us 5 star Ford and Terry's name to contact. We did that and when we met him he told as they were there to help us to find a car to buy. They were right. When we were tu Terry's name to contact. We did that and when we met him he told as they were there to help us to find a car to buy. They were right. When we were turned over to Marisa we gave her what we were looking for and she was on top of it. She took us through the process and at the end we got the car we wanted with out pressure but with a helping hand. All areas were covered and when we left we know we had what we wanted because they helped us. It was a very easy process and we felt good leaving. Great job all the way through. We will be back. More

I selected this dealership based on CarPro radio show recommendation and my sister has previously purchased a car. They made it quick, easy, and hassle free. Rick listened to my needs and presented me with several options. I purchased a Ford F-150 Super Cab. Rick also assisted with getting step-ups for easier access to the truck. I bought two cars in eight days from Justin. I had some special needs and had to cut expenses. Justin worked the numbers and got me into a 2011 Explorer. We had a need to help us with our expenses. Juatin and Joshua worked a miracle.They were great.We were directed to Five Star Ford by Jerry Reynolds, the renouwn radio host and car pro.We first went to Jerry's Chevrolet and Cadillac for help and advice.We bought two cars from them and felt like they were friends. They were no help at all, it was very disappointing and left us with a feeling of belittlement. Then the Gentlemen from Five Star Ford came to our rescue.I don't ever think we could ever explain how greatful were are to Justin and Joshua. What to buy a car?
