Five Star ford is really Five Star!! My recent experience with Five Star Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many vehicles over the last 35 years! I was in need of immediate, basic transportation as my 25 year old car permanently quit. I contacted Justin Allerheiligen and explained my situation, what I was looking for and exactly what I could afford. He took that and within hours had a vehicle located, at the right price and never once tried to bait and switch or sell me anything I did not want or need. He helped with options for finance or cash payment and sent me to the finance department where I worked with Kenneth Wilder. Both gentlemen treated us with respect, never failed to answer questions or explain any details. They have contacted me several times since just to check on how we are liking our new Ford Focus. It is a great car and this is a great dealership!! I am definitely a lifetime customer now and will send friends and family to them for sure. What a great place and great people!! More

This purchase took three phone calls, two E-mails and one trip to North Richland Hills from Wichita Falls and we drove away in our 2014 F-150 King Ranch. We came in knowing we had a great short bed Ford pickup. We needed a long bed pick up and Rick Dike showed us several options to choose from.
