Liz is great. We had our car in for service and accidentally left a very expensive video game in the loaner car. I was there when they reopened and I walked in the door and Liz said Mrs. Flores I h accidentally left a very expensive video game in the loaner car. I was there when they reopened and I walked in the door and Liz said Mrs. Flores I have someone going to the car now. Liz has been with 5 Star for a long time and I have never received anything but top rate rated service from her. Within minutes here came Jacob with the game and my grandkids jackets. I trust 5 Star and the people in all departments and the service is why I always come back. One last thing Vicky that answered my phone call Saturday went above and beyond to help me. She called me back at least twice to let me know that she had spoke with people in the service department and they would be expecting me. Thank you all ! More

That in & of itself ought to tell you something Chris has purchased 5 new vehicles here & 4 of them from Alfred. I bought my 2016 F 250 Lariat with the 6.7 Power Stroke from him. I got hit with only 5k miles on it then it was stolen. Five Star took great care bringing my 250 back into form... but I wanted to trade for a new one nothing wrong with it just not the same after all that. Alfred gave me the best advice WAIT. Wait until somewhere after the 3 year mark. He said THEN I would be in the sweet spot for trade in value. I took his advise & just 2 days ago traded for a New 2019 F 250 with every feature I previously had (bed cover & liner, tinted windows & the heavy duty rubber mats, Plus a few more bells & whistles for the SAME payment. This is why I say Alfred is your friend at Five Star Ford N Richland Hills. More
