My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience buying a car then we had the other day when we purchased a new F-150 and Fusion on the same day! We expressed our interest in trading in our old cars to Bo Bozard and he had one of his Sales Guides, Stephen Purdy call us the next morning to schedule an appointment and set aside his afternoon for us! Stephen listened to our input on options for each car and took us both directly to the vehicles we had been searching for within minutes, next thing we knew, we were signing the papers with AJ Miller and walking out the door with the keys to our new cars! As in my past 2 experience's with the Bozard Ford family, they were very kind and very very helpful in all stages associated with the vehicle purchase. From the salesman all the way thru to the finance manager and the tech assistant (who helped us "Sync" the phone) and explained the other creature comforts inside the vehicle. Everybody was very helpful and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the dealership.. The Bozard Ford Team was absolutely fantastic. The customer service from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new car (and really still) was/is outstanding. Anthony Cruzado, could not have been more patient with me as I flip flopped between the SUV and Sedan option. He laid out all the benefits of both let me test drive both. He explained all the features of the new car before I left the dealership so that I didn't drive away clueless on how to use the great new technology that it came equip with. Terry Seymour and the finance team were super helpful, explaining all the paperwork and even found additional savings. General Manager, Jeff King oversaw the buying process and made sure everything ran smoothly as well as Letti and Bo Bozard who I had met through some community involvement in the past were also helpful to me in making the right decision. I will be encouraging all my family and friends to Bozard Ford Lincoln when they are ready for new vehicles. More
